Anchor Babies, Birthright Citizenship and the 14th Amendment

If you wonder what the truth is behind anchor babies, birth tourism, automatic birthright citizenship and the 14th amendment, I put together a little primer. It's long but worth the read.

Birth tourism is travel to another country for the purpose of giving birth to an "anchor baby" in that country. The main reason is to obtain citizenship for the child in a country with birthright citizenship (jus soli) and to enjoy access to free public schooling, healthcare, welfare and sponsorship for the parents in the future. Popular destinations include the United States and Canada.

No European country presently grants UNCONDITIONAL birthright citizenship; however, most countries in the Americas, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil do so.

To discourage birth tourism, Australia, France, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom grant citizenship by birth ONLY if at least one parent is a citizen of the country or a legal permanent resident who has lived in the country for several years. Germany softened its citizenship requirement and doesn't require one parent be a citizen anymore. Thus, the reason they have such a large incoming migration.

A new study shows that one in 4 of children living in the United States, 20 million, in 2016, had at least one parent who was born OUTSIDE the United States. 25% of those children live in California. Another 25% live in New York, Texas and Florida. So HALF the children in the US born to parents who came here from other countries live in California, Texas, New York and Florida.

Women from Communist China pay "birth tourism" operators from $40,000 to $80,000 to come to the US to deliver their made-in-America babies. Birth tourism is a huge industry in New York and California to breed future Democrat voters through tourist visa fraud and chain migration. Pregnant women travel to the United States, usually on tourist visas, so that their children will be born US citizens. At least 500 companies offer "birth tourism" services in China. While there are no official statistics, the number of Communist Chinese citizens heading to the USA to give birth is over 100,000 each year.

So roughly 10 million children, living in California, New York, Texas and Florida, were born to at least one parent who was not born in America. 89 percent of these children are now citizens of the U.S. itself. One third of those children are covered under either Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Most of those families receive some other kind of welfare assistance through their children including housing, foodstamps, and cash.

Should all anchor babies, or babies born in America to illegal aliens, automatically become American citizens due to the U.S. Constitution? It looks like NO. We've been conned for decades by FAKE NEWS on the meaning of the 14th Amendment. President Trump has said that the line "subject to their jurisdiction" in the 14th Amendment means that babies born to ILLEGALS in the United States are NOT automatically citizens of the United States.

The 14th Amendment was written in 1868 to grant citizenship to former slaves who had just been freed after the Civil War, not to naturalize all foreign-born people who come to America just to give birth so, through chain migration, they could bring entire families here. Each year, over 200,000 babies are born and naturalized in America through "birth tourism" - an organized operation to subvert US law. That doesn't include the hundreds of thousands born to illegal aliens, in our emergency rooms, free of charge.

"Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country."

"The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was intended to exclude American-born persons from automatic citizenship whose allegiance to the United States was NOT complete. With illegal aliens who are unlawfully in the United States, their native country has a claim of allegiance on the child. Thus, the completeness of their allegiance to the United States is impaired, which therefore precludes automatic citizenship."

Has the media has sold us a bill of goods on "anchor babies" for decades since LBJ killed JFK's merit-based immigration plan and replaced it with chain migration to ensure new Democrat voters? Yes. Time to change that.

IMHO, when it comes to the current situation, it's not OK to kick out kids who have lived here their entire lives - gotten a high school degree - haven't committed crimes and are doing the deal. Those 1.8 million deserve a chance. The rest, NO. Get in line like everybody else.

Then shut down chain migration, build the wall, kill the lottery, limit asylum, and shut down sanctuary cities. From now on we only deal in merit. Like we used to. Also, get the 14th amendment before the Supreme Court and outlaw automatic citizenship for the birthing industry. Stop illegal aliens, who sneak into America to give birth in our hospitals for FREE so their kids can become citizens, from abusing our country. NO MORE.

Three Babies Stabbed At Birthing Centers for Illegals

The three newborns who were nearly stabbed to death in Queens, New York this morning were not at a "daycare" as the FAKE NEWS New York Times reported. It was a "birthing center" for illegal aliens. Where foreign mothers come to give birth to anchor babies and get help processing citizenship paperwork.

Police say the stabbing location is a place where Communist Chinese women give birth to establish their child's residency. The women then LEAVE the country and attempt to return at a later date. There are hundreds of birthing centers like this all over the United States.

An unhinged worker at the birthing center, Yu Fen Wang, stabbed five people, with a butcher knife and a meat cleaver, including three newborns, at Mei Xin Care, a "private" birthing center in Queens, New York.

The babies are extremely young - one is 3 days old, another is a month old, and the last is 20 days old. The three day old baby and month old baby were both stabbed in the stomach. The 20-day-old baby was stabbed in the face - with injuries to her chin, ear and lip. All are in critical condition. The father of one of the infants was stabbed in the leg and her co-worker was stabbed eight times in the stomach.

I know several "immigrants" who were born in the the U.S. by illegal parents as anchor babies, and shipped home to be raised, and then returned to the U.S. to enjoy the benefits of being U.S. "citizens." I call that fraud. 

How The Daycare Fraud Scheme Works

Minnesota, remember the daycare fraud investigation that revealed suitcases full of cash were leaving the Minneapolis airport for North Africa and the Middle East? Many wondered just how the daycare fraud is perpetrated. Here's what I know:

1) The so-called "working" parents will apply for daycare assistance for each child. That amounts to a benefit of roughly $1,000 per month, per child. That means a family with 8 children will receive a daycare benefit of $8,000 per month or $96,000 per year, paid for by Minnesota taxpayers.

2) Another "community" member will open a daycare facility. They will hire the MOTHER of the eight children as an "employee."

3) The mother will work at the daycare facility for minimum wage for a maximum of 25 hours per week caring for HER OWN CHILDREN so that she can prove she is "working" and qualifies for daycare assistance.

4) The daycare facility will bill the state $8,000 a month for caring for her 8 children - and pay the mother $800 a month in income for caring for HER OWN CHILDREN - and pocket the rest. Often, much of that money will be sent back to their country of origin. Some critics believe the parents receive additional kick-backs for their participation. Or, sometimes, there aren't ANY children AT ALL...the facility is empty...and the state is billed for non-existent children.

5) Because the mother works only 25 hours a week, she is still entitled to free healthcare through Medicaid or ObamaCare, free food stamps, cash assistance, daycare assistance and subsidized housing for up to 10 years. Meanwhile, Minnesota-born citizens wait in line.

6) The daycare facility will often build a kitchen and call it a "restaurant" and hire workers (mothers of more children who receive free daycare) to feed all the families.

7) The daycare facilities are not open to "everybody" and are often full.

8) If the family has subsidized housing, the low wage she is being paid at the "daycare" facility will ensure they are qualified to continue to receive subsidized housing or Section 8 FOREVER.

9) New refugees are trained in on the scheme when they arrive and are taught how to manipulate and maximize the system. This is an international scam - which has been going on in Australia and the UK for over a decade. Minnesota spends $13 billion on welfare benefits every year, and some $250 million of that is just on daycare assistance alone.

10) Ilhan Omar and Keith Ellison are both complicit in the scheme calling for lawmakers to not investigate and to avert their eyes. Left unchecked, welfare fraud will bankrupt Minnesota.

Communist China World Domination

Finally. Google admits the truth about Communist China's plans to control half the world's internet with their help. Eric Schmidt of Google predicts that within 10 years the internet will split into two versions: one version "censored and controlled" by the Communist Chinese and the other "free and open" and led by the United States. Under Sundar Pichai's leadership, Google has helped the Communists launch a censored version of its search engine in China.

"Globalization means the Communists get to play, too. There's a real danger that along with those products and services comes a different leadership regime from government, with censorship, and controls. Look at the way BRI works – the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, which involves 60-ish countries – it's perfectly possible those countries will begin to take on the infrastructure that Communist China has with some loss of freedom."

The Belt and Road Initiative is a massive economic and military scheme by Communist China to replace America as the world's leader and install Communism all over the globe by connecting and facilitating all kinds of trade, including digital trade, between China and countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Communist China: In the future, if you want to buy cheap stuff from us, you'll have to agree to live under our Communist rule.

Minnesota Black Immigrant Proud To Be A Trump Supporter - MAGA

Jalale is a Minnesotan, originally from Ethiopia, and a Trump supporter who loves her MAGA hat. She has been thrown out of a restaurant, assaulted, called a "coon" and dumped by her boyfriend for being a Trump supporter. But she isn’t backing down. My kind of girl. 

Jalale is a legal immigrant. She came to the United States in 1996 while in the fifth grade from her native Ethiopia. “I grew up in a communist country. I know what real fascism and communism is, and when I see little girls saying America is a fascist country, I say, you have no idea.”

Back in Ethiopia, she says, both her father and uncle had been jailed for practicing Christianity and teaching it in the wrong language. Her father, a pastor, came to the United States to start his own church. Earlier this summer, the new Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed, a man Jalale describes as a Trump-esque reformer, came to the U.S. and met with Vice President Pence. He also made a stop in Minnesota, and before speaking to a crowd of Ethiopian immigrants there while Jalale’s father delivered a prayer.

Jalale grew up in a large, conservative, Christian family, values she retained until going away to college, where she says her brain became warped by the suffocating atmosphere of liberalism surrounding her. “I flipped completely after college to being liberal,” she says. “I forgot who I was. I forgot what made me the hardworking person I had been all along. I came out of college disillusioned, not hopeful about the future, and hating people in general. It’s really hard to remember what made me change back, but the moment I saw things for what they were, which was less than a year ago, I could never go back."

He's leaving his $10 million home and his "foundation" in Akron, Ohio and moving to California where he has two $20 million, 16,000 square foot homes, that he purchased in 2015. One in Los Angeles and one in Brentwood. But, he says, his $154 million Lakers deal has not changed his social life: "I don't do the celebrity thing. I go train and I go home. Sometimes I'll take my wife to dinner." LOL. Right. My question is: Why is LeBron sporting a Jihadi beard? Is he a practicing Muslim along with his friend Colin Kaepernick and his Muslim activist girlfriend, Nessa Diab?

Minnesota, what happened to diversity?

Minnesota, have you ever wondered why the once "diverse" Cedar Riverside community is now almost 100% occupied by East African Somali Muslim migrants? Why isn't Cedar Riverside multi-cultural or diverse any longer? I thought the left was all about "multi-culturalism" and "diversity." I asked someone who knows the answer:

In the public housing buildings, the maximum rent the East Africans must pay is $535.00 per month. The state takes 33% of their income and once they reach $535 their rent never goes higher - which is a disincentive to earn more. They can stay for as long as they want. They are also allowed to visit their Somali homeland, which costs upwards of $3,000 per flight, for up to three months at a time, and the housing is held for them, rent-free, at a $75/month charge."

What a deal, huh? Now you know the rest of the story. Am I a racist for reporting this truth?

Nigerian Parents Starve Child To Death

Kehinde & Titilayno Omosebi starved their children for 45 days, an 11 year old boy and 15 year old boy, near Baraboo, Wisconsin. The 15 year old starved to death. Why? The father said it was a religious fast “to receive God’s blessing” to move to Atlanta. What religion would that be? They were originally from Nigeria. The family previously had lived in Missouri and Iowa.

The FATHER WALKED TO THE POLICE STATION TO TELL THEM HIS SON WAS DEAD. The police found a letter inside the home written by the 11 year old brother addressed to the "Lawyers of Sauk County," saying, "If I don't get food now, I'll probably die of hunger. The hunger is too much, please help me now so I may eat. I can't continue in such a life with no food." They also found the emaciated body of 15-year-old Ayanfe O. Omosebi who died of starvation after 40 days of fasting. The mother was also emaciated and starving but refused food.

What investigators couldn't find inside the home was any food, bedding, furniture or decorations and it was padlocked from the inside. The power was turned off. The father claimed to be a Minister but police say he made that up. Omosebi had worked at a local iron foundry, Grede Foundries, but had been unemployed since February. Most likely unemployable and unable to care for his family. This is what happens when we bring over families ill equipped to live in the developed world in the name of compassion.

New York Times Gone Batshit Crazy

I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration. I work for the president but like-minded colleagues and I have vowed to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.

President Trump is facing a test to his presidency unlike any faced by a modern American leader.

It’s not just that the special counsel looms large. Or that the country is bitterly divided over Mr. Trump’s leadership. Or even that his party might well lose the House to an opposition hellbent on his downfall.

The dilemma — which he does not fully grasp — is that many of the senior officials in his own administration are working diligently from within to frustrate parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations. I would know. I am one of them.

To be clear, ours is not the popular “resistance” of the left. We want the administration to succeed and think that many of its policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.

But we believe our first duty is to this country, and the president continues to act in a manner that is detrimental to the health of our republic. That is why many Trump appointees have vowed to do what we can to preserve our democratic institutions while thwarting Mr. Trump’s more misguided impulses until he is out of office.

The root of the problem is the president’s amorality. Anyone who works with him knows he is not moored to any discernible first principles that guide his decision making. Although he was elected as a Republican, the president shows little affinity for ideals long espoused by conservatives: free minds, free markets and free people. At best, he has invoked these ideals in scripted settings. At worst, he has attacked them outright.

In addition to his mass-marketing of the notion that the press is the “enemy of the people,” President Trump’s impulses are generally anti-trade and anti-democratic. Don’t get me wrong. There are bright spots that the near-ceaseless negative coverage of the administration fails to capture: effective deregulation, historic tax reform, a more robust military and more.

But these successes have come despite — not because of — the president’s leadership style, which is impetuous, adversarial, petty and ineffective.

From the White House to executive branch departments and agencies, senior officials will privately admit their daily disbelief at the commander in chief’s comments and actions. Most are working to insulate their operations from his whims.

Meetings with him veer off topic and off the rails, he engages in repetitive rants, and his impulsiveness results in half-baked, ill-informed and occasionally reckless decisions that have to be walked back.

“There is literally no telling whether he might change his mind from one minute to the next,” a top official complained to me recently, exasperated by an Oval Office meeting at which the president flip-flopped on a major policy decision he’d made only a week earlier.

The erratic behavior would be more concerning if it weren’t for unsung heroes in and around the White House. Some of his aides have been cast as villains by the media. But in private, they have gone to great lengths to keep bad decisions contained to the West Wing, though they are clearly not always successful.

It may be cold comfort in this chaotic era, but Americans should know that there are adults in the room. We fully recognize what is happening. And we are trying to do what’s right even when Donald Trump won’t.

The result is a two-track presidency.

Take foreign policy: In public and in private, President Trump shows a preference for autocrats and dictators, such as President Vladimir Putin of Russia and North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong-un, and displays little genuine appreciation for the ties that bind us to allied, like-minded nations.

Astute observers have noted, though, that the rest of the administration is operating on another track, one where countries like Russia are called out for meddling and punished accordingly, and where allies around the world are engaged as peers rather than ridiculed as rivals.

On Russia, for instance, the president was reluctant to expel so many of Mr. Putin’s spies as punishment for the poisoning of a former Russian spy in Britain. He complained for weeks about senior staff members letting him get boxed into further confrontation with Russia, and he expressed frustration that the United States continued to impose sanctions on the country for its malign behavior. But his national security team knew better — such actions had to be taken, to hold Moscow accountable.

This isn’t the work of the so-called deep state. It’s the work of the steady state.

Given the instability many witnessed, there were early whispers within the cabinet of invoking the 25th Amendment, which would start a complex process for removing the president. But no one wanted to precipitate a constitutional crisis. So we will do what we can to steer the administration in the right direction until — one way or another — it’s over.

The bigger concern is not what Mr. Trump has done to the presidency but rather what we as a nation have allowed him to do to us. We have sunk low with him and allowed our discourse to be stripped of civility.

Senator John McCain put it best in his farewell letter. All Americans should heed his words and break free of the tribalism trap, with the high aim of uniting through our shared values and love of this great nation.

We may no longer have Senator McCain. But we will always have his example — a lodestar for restoring honor to public life and our national dialogue. Mr. Trump may fear such honorable men, but we should revere them.

There is a quiet resistance within the administration of people choosing to put country first. But the real difference will be made by everyday citizens rising above politics, reaching across the aisle and resolving to shed the labels in favor of a single one: Americans.
