BREAKING: The Department of Justice just granted all members of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees full access to review the unredacted FBI/DOJ FISA application used to gain a Title-1 surveillance warrant against U.S. citizen Carter Page.
Until today, the only people allowed to review the full application were Trey Gowdy, Adam Schiff, Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Representative John Ratcliffe.
This will be the first opportunity for Devin Nunes to see the application and the first step in getting the application declassified for the public. Also, rumors are there might be TWO versions (the FISA documents held by the court may not be identical to the FISA documents released by the Department of Justice) and, if true, that would be a major smoking gun against the Obama administration. Also, the access may mean that IG Michael Horowitz and Federal Prosecutor John Huber have ALREADY completed their review of the evidence in the application.
Fingers crossed.
