Mueller Secretly Expands Scope of Witch Hunt

Deputy AG Rosenstein wrote a secret memo last August 2, 2017 outlining the scope of the Mueller investigation. The original appointment order on May 17, 2017 was just for public consumption.

Trump has reason to be angry. 

Manafort tried to get his case dismissed by arguing that Mueller is outside his scope. In response, we learn that Rosenstein specifically authorized, in August, investigating crimes arising out of payments from the Ukraine–including collusion in a heavily redacted memo.
