US Foreign Aid To Africa Is 25% of Budget. Racist? No.

The United States spends $50 billion each year on foreign aid, by far the largest single foreign donor in the world. It outspends the next largest, the United Kingdom by over $10 billion. Foreign aid funding levels are at their highest since the period immediately following World War II. That's an average of $400 per American household per year that funds other nations.
How is it allocated?
Long-term development aid (38 percent) 
Military and security aid (35 percent)
Humanitarian aid (16 percent)
Political aid (11 percent)
Where is it allocated?
In terms of regions, the Middle East and North Africa receive the most of the economic assistance. The Sub-Saharan Africa region receives 25.32 per cent of the budget.
