Muslim Activist DEPORTED for VIOLATING Her Visa!

A Muslim activist from London, who has already fled Australia, and was in the US to promote Hijabs and Islam as THE "feminist" religion, violated her US Visa and was apprehended and deported from Minneapolis yesterday. Yes! Tired of the double standard!
Yassmin Abdel-Magied was DEPORTED from America after having her visa cancelled and phone confiscated as she arrived to present at an event hosted by Minneapolis-based TARGET CORPORATION and speak at the 'No Country For Young Muslim Women' talks in New York. The 27-year-old Sudanese-born former engineer had been due to speak at two Pen America events on April 18 and 21 in New York with lectures titled, 'The M word: No Country for Young Muslim Women.' She was also to present at an event hosted by Minneapolis-based Target Corp.
According to the U.S. authorities, Yassmin Abdel-Magied was denied entry because she failed to disclose that she was being paid to speak at the conference, a violation of her visitor visa. The agents canceled her visa and required her to return to London, where she currently lives.
The deportation from the United States comes just days after the ABC announced she would be fronting a new show about hijabs, called Hijabistas! The founder of the Youth Without Borders charity told an audience that Islam was the 'most feminist religion.' Are you fricking kidding me?
Abdel-Magied said she had visited the United States many times on the same visa without issue. She has spoken in the United States, she said, at events for Chevron and the Inter-American Development Bank. She was last in the United States in February, she said, on the same visa to speak at a conference for Twitter.
Abdel-Magied said she was traveling with a B1/B2 visa. That document allows foreign nationals to visit the United States to attend “scientific, educational, professional, or business convention or conference,” according to the State Department. But it prohibits paid performances or “any professional performance before a paying audience.”
In a statement, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency said Abdel-Magied did not have an appropriate visa for paid work.
“During the inspection, CBP officers determined this individual did not possess the appropriate visa to receive monetary compensation for the speaking engagements she had planned during her visit to the United States. The traveler is eligible to reapply for a visa for future visits,” the statement read.
In 2017, Abdel-Magied moved to London, after a backlash over a Facebook post she wrote critiquing Australia’s refugee detention policy on Anzac Day, a national day of remembrance of the country’s war dead. Conservative commentators criticized the post as insensitive. She has called herself “Australia’s most publicly hated Muslim.”
Islam is the most feminist religion? Girls are forced to have their clitoris sliced off before 14, to cover their bodies, submit to their husbands or face death and are legally 1/2 a person. Sharia also forces gays to undergo sex change or face imprisonment and death. Yeah, what a joke.

Zuckerberg's Real Motive? Dismantle The First Amendment.

Mark Zuckerberg says Facebook polices and censors "hate speech." Problem is, when asked to define it, he can't. Yet, he wants to develop artificial intelligence tools that will censor hate speech he can't define. His testimony before Congress was nothing more than jump-starting the leftist move toward dismantling the First Amendment...right along with the Second Amendment.
Sasse: You say Facebook needs to police a whole bunch of speech that I think America might be better off not having policed by one company that has a really big and powerful platform. Can you define hate speech?
Zuckerberg: Senator, I think that this is a really hard question and I think it’s one of the reasons why we struggle with it.
Sasse: I am worried about the psychological categories. You used language of "safety and protection" earlier. We have seen this happen on college campuses. It’s dangerous. Forty percent of Americans under age 35 tell pollsters they think the First Amendement is dangerous because you might use your freedom to say something that hurts somebody else’s feelings. There are some passionately held views about the abortion issue on this panel. Can you imagine a world where you might decide that pro-lifers are prohibited from speaking about their abortion views on your platform? (BTW, Zuckerberg now says it was a mistake for his team to call the black conservative duo of Diamond and Silk "unsafe." Yet, they censored them for 6 months with no recourse.)
Zuckerberg: I certainly would not want that to be the case.
Sasse: Yet, it might really be unsettling to people who’ve had an abortion to have an open debate about that, wouldn’t it?
Zuckerberg: It might be but I don’t think that that would fit any of the definitions of what we have but I do generally agree with the point that you’re making which is as we’re able to technologically shift especially towards having AI proactively look at content, I think that’s going to create massive questions for society about what obligations we want to require companies to fulfill. I do think that that’s a question that we need to struggle with as a country because I know other countries are and they are putting laws in place. I think America needs to figure out and create the principles we want American companies to operate under. Facebook is developing artificial intelligence tools to flag hate speech. I'm optimistic that over a five to ten-year period we will have AI tools that can get into some of the nuances, the linguistic nuances of different types of content to be more accurate in flagging things for our systems.
HUH? That's mass censorship. Police state stuff of nightmares.

Everything You Know About Depression Is Wrong. Big Pharma Made It Up.

Everything you think you know about depression, psychiatric diagnosis and medication is wrong.
From 1978-1994, American psychiatrists updated the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) and included, in detail, all the symptoms of different mental illnesses so they could be identified and treated in the same way across the United States.
For example, they laid out nine symptoms that a patient had to show to be diagnosed with "depression." They did the same for countless other "mental illnesses." The manual was sent out to doctors across the US and they began to use it to diagnose people. However, doctors quickly complained that, if they followed this guide, they had to diagnose every grieving person who came to them as "depressed" or "anxious" and start giving them medications.
For example, if you lose someone, it turns out that all these "depression" symptoms will come to you automatically. So, the doctors wanted to know, are we supposed to start drugging all the bereaved people in America? The DSM authors said, oops, "depression" didn't apply to grief and granted a "grief exception."
Hmm. Doctors were confused. They were instructed by Big Pharma to tell patients that depression is just the result of a spontaneous chemical imbalance in your brain, a natural lack of some chemical, like Serotonin. It’s not caused by your life – it’s caused by your broken brain. How did this explain the grief exception? If you agree that the symptoms of depression are a logical and understandable response to one set of life circumstances – losing a loved one – might they not be an understandable response to other situations? What about if you lose your job? What if you are stuck in a job that you hate for the next 40 years? What if you are downsized and can't find meaningful work again? What about if you are alone and friendless? What if your wife or husband has an affair or leaves you? What if your children are drug addicts and living in your basement?
Drug companies would fund huge numbers of studies and then only release the ones that showed success for psychiatric medications. The rest were buried. We all know that when you take selfies, you take 30 pictures, throw away the 29 where you look bleary-eyed or double-chinned, and pick out the best one to be your Tinder profile picture. It turned out that the drug companies – who fund almost all the research into these drugs – were taking this approach to studying chemical antidepressants. They would fund huge numbers of studies, throw away all the ones that suggested the drugs had very limited effects, and then only release the ones that showed success.
The grief exception blasted a hole in the claim that the causes of depression are sealed away in your skull and caused by a chemical balance. They needed to hide the fact that depression is a natural response to life's ups and downs. So, Big Pharma and Big Psychiatry conned us in a sneaky way. With each new edition of the DSM manual they reduced the period of grief that you were allowed before being labelled "mentally ill" – down to a few months and then, finally, to nothing at all. Now, if your baby dies at 10am, your doctor can diagnose you with a mental illness and depression at 10.01am and start drugging you straight away. Grieving people were IMMEDIATELY told they were "mentally ill" if showing any distress.
This debate reveals a key problem with how we talk about depression, anxiety and other forms of suffering: we don’t consider LIFE context at all. We act like human distress can be assessed solely on a checklist that can be separated out from our lives, and labeled as brain diseases. If we started to take people’s actual lives into account when we treat depression and anxiety it would require an entire system overhaul. When you have a person with extreme human distress, we need to stop treating the symptoms. The symptoms are a messenger of a deeper problem. Let’s get to the deeper problem.
Most people who take anti-depressants feel better for the first few months. Then the pain seeps back through. The dosage is increased or the medication changed. Still the pain breaks back through. If medication is a cure for depression, why are people still depressed when they are doing everything the psychiatrist tells them to do? Around 25% of US adults are taking at least one drug for a psychiatric problem. In Britain, antidepressant prescriptions have doubled in a decade. What has been causing depression and its twin, anxiety, to spiral in this way? How could it really be that in our separate heads, ALL of us had brain chemistries that were spontaneously malfunctioning at the same time? It turns out that between 65 and 80% of people on antidepressants are depressed again within a year.
What is the best scientific evidence about what really causes depression and anxiety? There are seven specific factors in the way we are living today are causing depression and anxiety to rise – alongside two real biological factors (such as your genes) that can combine with these forces to make it worse. How do we know depression is even caused by low serotonin at all? It turns out the evidence for that is strikingly shaky. Attributing depression to spontaneously low serotonin is deeply misleading and unscientific. There was never any basis for it, ever. It was just marketing copy. In 1993, Big Pharma released second-generation anti-depressants called Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) to treat low serotonin. THEY MADE TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS OFF THIS MARKETING SCAM.
So what really causes depression? We all know that every human being has basic physical needs: for food, for water, for shelter, for clean air. It turns out that, in the same way, all humans have certain basic psychological needs. We need to feel we belong. We need to feel valued. We need to feel we’re good at something. We need to feel we have a secure future. And there is growing evidence that our culture isn’t meeting those psychological needs for many – perhaps most – people. We have become disconnected from things we really need, and this deep disconnection is driving this epidemic of depression and anxiety all around us.
There is strong evidence that human beings need to feel their lives are meaningful – that they are doing something with purpose that makes a difference. It’s a natural psychological need. But Gallup Polling says that 87% of people say they are NOT engaged in their work, are sleepwalking through their workday or actively HATE their jobs. Most of the depressed and anxious people are in the 87% who don’t like their work. It turns out if you have no control over your work or your home life, you are far more likely to become depressed. Humans have an innate need to feel that what we are doing, day-to-day, is meaningful. Also, the sharing of personal feelings (self-disclosure) plays a major role in the relief of stress and depression. Depression is a disease of loneliness and unmet needs.
Depression results from feeling controlled and unappreciated in your home and work environments. Finding an antidepressant doesn't mean finding a pill to change your brain chemistry. It means finding a way to solve the problem that is causing your depression in the first place. We need to move from focusing on chemical imbalances to focusing on life imbalances. This pain you are feeling is not a pathology. It’s not crazy. It is a signal that your natural psychological needs are not being met.
Exercise works almost as well as antidepressants for many people. And you don't have to run a marathon. Just take a walk with a friend. Join an exercise group or work out with a friend. You'll stay in touch and have support to keep yourself on track. As time goes on, move more until you exercise on most days of the week. You'll feel better physically, sleep better at night, and boost your mood. No specific foods treat depression, but a healthy diet helps depression.
If you are depressed and anxious, you are not a machine with malfunctioning parts. You are a human being with unmet needs. The only real way out of our epidemic of despair is for all of us, together, to begin to meet those human needs – for deep connection, to the things that really matter in life.

President Trump Tells Russia We'll Help Your Economy. Walk Away From Iran.

Why do people keep telling me Assad has nothing to gain by provoking war with chemical weapons in Syria? That's not true. Assad does what Russia and Iran want. Russia needs cash. Desperately. 70% of Russia's economy depends on supplying energy to Europe. The economy that the Russian President Putin has built not only runs on oil, but runs on oil priced extremely high. War means oil profit for Russia. CRUDE OIL IS NOW AT A 40 MONTH HIGH.

See? Even the threat of war in Syria drove up oil prices. Crude oil is at the highest level in 40 months. Russia is happy. Oil profits are up.
Here's what President Trump tweeted this morning:
"Never said when an attack on Syria would take place. Could be very soon or not so soon at all! In any event, the United States, under my Administration, has done a great job of ridding the region of ISIS. Where is our “Thank you America?”

Oil prices spiked Wednesday after President Donald J. Trump hinted at possible military engagement with Russia in Syria and explosions were reported over the capital of Saudi Arabia. Oil climbed further later in the morning US time after reports that missiles were intercepted above Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Russia needs oil prices to climb. Oil prices climb during war in Syria. Russia makes more money. Russia supports Syria and Iran. Vice versa. Where do you think all the propaganda about the White Helmets comes from? Russia. Follow the money. President Trump is trying to tell Russia that the United States and Saudi Arabia can help your economy. You don't need Iran. You don't need to provoke a war in Syria.

President Trump tweets. There's tons of information in here. Read between the lines. Gas killing? Russian economy. Look at the bigger picture. Over 70% of Russia's economy depends on supplying energy to Europe. If Russia continues to align with Iran and China over Syria for Iranian pipelines they are going to be screwed. That's what Trump is telling them. Putin, don't listen to the Democrats. Come over to the right side. Back away from Iran and the United States will help your economy. Isn't it nice to have a President who speaks like a human being instead of a scripted robot that tells us what we want to hear and doesn't mean a word he says?

"Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!
Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War. There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do, and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race?
Much of the bad blood with Russia is caused by the Fake & Corrupt Russia Investigation, headed up by the all Democrat loyalists, or people that worked for Obama. Mueller is most conflicted of all (except Rosenstein who signed FISA & Comey letter). No Collusion, so they go crazy!
So much Fake News about what is going on in the White House. Very calm and calculated with a big focus on open and fair trade with China, the coming North Korea meeting and, of course, the vicious gas attack in Syria. Feels great to have John Bolton & Larry Kudlow on board.
I (we) are doing things that nobody thought possible, despite the never ending and corrupt Russia Investigation, which takes tremendous time and focus. No Collusion or Obstruction (other than I fight back), so now they do the Unthinkable, and RAID a lawyers office for information! BAD!
The Failing New York Times wrote another phony story. It was political pundit [Democrat] Doug Schoen, not a Ukrainian businessman, who asked me to do a short speech by phone (Skype), hosted by Doug, in Ukraine. I was very positive about Ukraine-another negative to the fake Russian collusion story."

Cohen Gives Exclusive Interview to CNN's Don Lemon? Trump HATES Don Lemon.

Cohen gives exclusive phone interview to Don Lemon and Wolf Blitzer on CNN. Says the FBI was very courteous and respectful although Cohen wasn't happy about the raid. Hmm. "I am unhappy to have my personal residence and office raided. But I will tell you that members of the FBI that conducted the search and seizure were all extremely professional, courteous and respectful. Do I need this in my life? No. Do I want to be involved in this? No. I want this to be over with. It was very upsetting. I am very loyal to President Trump but after what happened on Monday, I'd rethink how I handled the payments to Daniels because of the impact on my family. It will be proven that everything I did was legal.”
So, Cohen's first interview is with fake-news CNN and Don Lemon? Trump hates Don Lemon. Thoughts?

Mueller Is Replaying 1992 Dem Strategy. Bill Clinton Would Never Have Won Without Ross Perot and the Special Counsel.

The big picture? Mueller is simply re-enacting the 1992 Globalist strategy that elected Bill Clinton. Remember the Presidential Election in 1992, where Bill Clinton won with only 43% of the vote because of "independent" Ross Perot (who took 18% of the vote from the Rs) while the Special Counsel conned the public by going after Reagan, Bush and Weinberger for the Iran/Contra affair? Sound familiar? The left indicted Weinberger and others right before the election and then a Judge threw out the convictions after Bush lost. We've seen this play before. Bill Clinton would never have won without Ross Perot and the Special Counsel. We are being set up all over again.
Caspar Weinberger was President Ronald Reagan's choice to be the fifteenth Secretary of Defense. He shared Reagan's conviction that the Soviet Union posed a serious threat and that the defense establishment needed to be modernized and strengthened. During the 1980s, the Reagan administration became involved in activities that led to the disclosure, late in 1986, of the Iran/Contra affair. During this decade, the administration supported the Contras in Nicaragua in their efforts to unseat the socialist Sandinistas, who in 1979 had driven out a long-standing dictatorship that the United States had supported.
The leftist Sandinistas accepted aid and advisers from Cuba and the Soviet Union, contributing to Reagan's determination to give military assistance to the Contras. Reagan held to his policy even after 1984, when Sandinista leader Daniel Ortega became President of Nicaragua in a fair election. In the same year, Congress officially cut off U.S. military aid to the Contras.
In 1985, persuaded by NSC officials including Robert McFarlane and Lt. Col. Oliver North, Reagan secretly agreed to send antitank missiles and other military equipment to Iran in the hope of securing the release of the U.S. hostages held there. When these activities became public knowledge in November 1986, together with the disclosure that money obtained from the arms sales to Iran had been sent to the Contras in Nicaragua, the Iran/Contra affair exploded.
Weinberger and his counterpart, Secretary of State Shultz, had opposed providing military equipment to Iran. Weinberger, according to his own account, did not know that proceeds from the Iranian arms sales were going to the Contras. He played an unwilling role in the arms transfer to Iran by agreeing to a sale by DoD to the CIA of 4,000 TOW missiles, which the CIA transferred to Iran through Israel. Weinberger later stated that at the time he had warned the administration that the direct transfer of arms from DoD to Iran would be a violation of the Arms Control Export Act. Some years after, in spite of the extenuating circumstances, Weinberger was indicted on the recommendation of a Special Counsel for the Iran/Contra affair, some six years later, DURING the lead up to the 1992 Presidential election. Timing is everything.
Fourteen other Reagan/Bush administration officials were indicted, including Caspar Weinberger who resigned before trial. Following his resignation as Secretary of Defense, legal proceedings against him were brought by Independent Special Counsel Lawrence E. Walsh. A federal grand jury then indicted Weinberger on two counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice on June 16, 1992. Prosecutors brought an additional indictment FOUR days before the 1992 presidential election. This was controversial because it cited a Weinberger diary entry contradicting a claim made by President George H. W. Bush.
Republicans claimed that the witch-hunt contributed to President Bush’s defeat. Clinton won with 43% of the vote, Bush 37%, and Perot 19%. On December 11, 1992, Judge Thomas F. Hogan threw out the indictment because it violated the five-year statute of limitations and improperly broadened the original charges. Weinberger received a pardon from President Bush before he left office, who was Reagan's Vice President during the scandal, on December 24, 1992.

Hulk Hogan, Stormy, Trump, Cohen, McDougal. The Ties That Bind.

CNN reporting. It's obviously a coordinated attack. This woman came forward the same time Stormy did. Claiming the National Enquirer paid her off and then blocked her story that nobody else would run. She and Stormy shared the same attorney, Keith Davidson. Who, by the way, is the same Hollywood attorney who tried to ruin Hulk Hogan, who was exonerated by Trump's attorney Charles Harder, with promises of "fake tapes." Death by a thousand cuts.
A former Playboy model who allegedly had a 10-month affair with President Donald Trump is suing the National Enquirer company, American Media Inc., that she alleges kept her original account from publication.
Karen McDougal is suing to be released from an agreement with the National Enquirer mandating her silence. McDougal is the latest woman to take legal action over an agreement restricting her from speaking out about an alleged relationship with the President prior to his time in government. A corporate spokesman for American Media Inc. provided a statement to CNN in response to the suit, saying McDougal "has been free to respond to press inquiries about her relationship with President Trump since 2016" and that the company had not "silenced" her. The White House has said Trump denies the affair.
The New York Times first reported the lawsuit earlier Tuesday. Shortly before the presidential election, the Wall Street Journal published a story saying American Media Inc., the company that owns The National Enquirer, paid $150,000 to McDougal, but did not run her story in a tabloid maneuver known as "catch and kill."
The contract, according to the Journal, did not require the Enquirer to run the story and required McDougal's silence. The New Yorker published an article last month that referenced an eight-page document McDougal wrote about the alleged affair, which a friend provided to the magazine and McDougal confirmed.
A corporate spokesman for American Media Inc. provided a statement to CNN in response to the suit, saying McDougal "has been free to respond to press inquiries about her relationship with President Trump since 2016" and that the company had not "silenced" her. The statement reiterated the company's position is that the contract gave American Media Inc. "the editorial discretion to publish her life story, and she promised to write health and fitness columns and appear on the cover of two magazines."
"AMI has a valid contract with Karen and we look forward to reaching an amicable resolution satisfactory to her and to AMI," the statement concluded.
The complaint from McDougal said the agreement permits her to "respond to 'legitimate press inquiries' about her relationship with Mr. Trump," but alleges the company warns her to say nothing when contacted by the media and has threatened her with "financial ruin."
Adult film actress Stormy Daniels has taken Trump and his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, to court in an attempt to end a nondisclosure agreement that is alleged to require her to keep silent about an affair she had with Trump over a decade ago. Cohen and the White House have denied the affair.
Cohen admitted last month to facilitating a payment to Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford, and lawyers for both him and Trump have claimed Clifford has violated the nondisclosure agreement and could owe a monetary penalty of more than $20 million. The Times report said McDougal's suit claims Cohen was "secretly involved" in her talks with American Media Inc., and outlines a number of similarities between the two. Both alleged affairs started in 2006, and both women originally shared the same attorney, Keith Davidson of Los Angeles.
In response to the original Journal story about the Enquirer and McDougal, American Media Inc. denied paying to kill damaging stories about Trump.
The news of McDougal's suit came as New York judge allowed a defamation case brought by Summer Zervos, who has accused Trump of sexual assault, to move forward by denying a defense motion to dismiss the case.

Bolton Fires Leakers

President Trump's new NSA, John Bolton, just kicked out Trump's Homeland Security Advisor, Tom Bossert, and Homeland Security Spokesman, Michael Anton, from the White House.
“The President is grateful for Tom’s commitment to the safety and security of our great country. Tom led the White House’s efforts to protect the homeland from terrorist threats, strengthen our cyber defenses, and respond to an unprecedented series of natural disasters. President Trump thanks him for his patriotic service and wishes him well.”
Bossert served as Deputy Homeland Security Advisor to President George W. Bush. Bolton is expected to continue purging Trump’s NSC team of leakers.

$130,000 For Stormy Doesn't Make Sense

Here's what's been bothering me for months about the Stormy Daniels "scandal."
So, after 11 years of trying to peddle her story, of a one-night stand with Trump in 2005, to every media outlet in town, Trump's attorney, Michael Cohen, in 2016, pays her $130,000 and asks her to sign a non-disclosure agreement a week before the election? She signs it, takes the money, and signs a statement in January 2018 that she never slept with Trump at all...just like she had done 5 times before. Then she gets a new attorney in February 2018, Rahm Emanuel's and Biden's attorney, and she suddenly claims she slept with Trump, again.
First of all, $130,000? If this was truly a bombshell story against Trump, wouldn't she have commanded much more than $130,000? Wouldn't Hillary's minions have paid her more than that to TELL HER STORY TO THE WORLD a week before the election? The same way they paid other Trump accusers back then?
Something doesn't make sense here.

Facebook Has Let People Steal Your Phone Number For 5 Years. Zuckerberg Lies.

Facebook was warned five years ago that the “reverse-lookup” feature in its search engine could be used to steal your phone number. The Facebook feature allowed 3rd parties to harvest names, profiles, and phone numbers for virtually all Facebook users. One could use this technique to build up a database of phone numbers and associated accounts without targeting any specific phone number or account. But the company ignored the red flags until last week.
In prepared testimony to Congress, Mark Zuckerberg acknowledged that malefactors had used the reverse-lookup “to link people’s public Facebook information to a phone number,” he wrote. “When we found out about the abuse, we shut this feature down.” He said that Facebook only discovered the incidents two weeks ago.
When Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg takes the stand before a joint congressional panel today to explain this, he will not be under oath. But he will be required by federal statute to tell the truth, and if he lies he could face serious legal consequences.
Supposedly, it is standard practice not to swear witnesses like this in under oath. But they are required by law to tell the truth. Oh, well, now I feel so much better.
BTW: This is how pollsters build databases of people to call. For example, from Facebook, they know who are staunch Hillary supporters. They use that database, tie it to phone numbers, and call those supporters and frame them as "independents." Then, they report that all these independents miraculously reported that they were pro-Hillary. It's all a scam. They build a polling base that will deliver the answers they want.

Ukrainian Oligarch Pays Hillary $25 Million. Mueller Raids Trump to Deflect Attention.

You know how the Deep State accuses President Trump of doing something they did? So they can point the finger back at Trump and control the narrative before it is made public? I think the Cohen raid was designed to find information to support another Clinton cover-up. The same way Mueller pointed the finger at Manafort to deflect blame from the real criminal, Podesta. The same way Mueller pointed the finger at Don Jr. for his meeting with the Russian lawyer that was a set-up by the DNC.
A Ukrainian oligarch paid Trump $150,000 for a 20 minute speech by video link in 2015, before he was a candidate, while the same Ukrainian oligarch donated over $25 million to the Clinton Foundation, hosted Hillary in Kiev, lent his plane to Bill Clinton and even attended Bill Clinton's 65th birthday party in their home.
Robert Mueller is reportedly probing a $150,000 donation a pro-Russian Ukrainian oligarch made to the Trump Foundation in September 2015 for a speech he made by video link. In a statement to the New York Times, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation said it approached Trump and other world leaders to help “promote strengthened and enduring ties between Ukraine and the West.” It also said Trump requested the donation to his own foundation and that at the time, he had not secured the Republican nomination for president so "it was by no means assured that Mr. Trump would be the Republican nominee in 2016.” The 20 minute speech promoted closer ties between Ukraine and the West. The donation was reportedly solicited by Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, whose offices were raided by the FBI as part of a separate investigation.
"I am very much concerned for Ukraine, I am concerned about that region and what is going on there,” Trump told the 2015 conference during his 20 minute video link speech. “I believe that people from different corners of the world should help Ukraine. I do not think that Ukraine is getting the respect it deserves, and it has long been proving it deserves respect."
The media is failing to mention that, in 2013, Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk welcomed Hillary Clinton, while SoS, on to the live stage at his Yalta European Strategy, an annual conference he funds to promote Ukraine’s European integration and strategy, calling her: “a real megastar.” Clinton and her husband Bill, the 42nd U.S. president, have been paid speakers at the annual YES and other Pinchuk events. They describe themselves as friends of Pinchuk, who is known internationally as a businessman and philanthropist. To date, Pinchuk’s charitable foundation has given Hillary's foundation $25 million of “charitable donations” to the Clinton Foundation.
From a New York Times article:
Victor Pinchuk, a steel magnate whose father-in-law, Leonid Kuchma, was president of Ukraine from 1994 to 2005, has directed between $10 million and $25 million to the foundation. He has lent his private plane to the Clintons and traveled to Los Angeles in 2011 to attend Mr. Clinton’s star-studded 65th birthday celebration. Later, the Clintons would try to distance themselves from Pinchuk.
From a Washington Examiner article:
Emails made public Tuesday show a Ukrainian businessman and major Clinton Foundation donor was invited to Hillary Clinton’s home during the final year of her diplomatic tenure, despite her spokesman’s insistence in 2014 that the donor never crossed paths with Clinton while she served as secretary of state.
Amid scrutiny of Clinton’s ties to Pinchuk in 2014, the Democratic nominee’s spokesman, Nick Merrill, said Pinchuk had never met with Clinton during that time. He told the New York Times that, “from Jan. 21, 2009, to Feb. 1, 2013,” the Ukrainian businessman “was never on her schedule.”
Pinchuk, who has given up to $25 million to the Clinton Foundation, appeared on the guest list that was sent between Dennis Cheng, an executive at the foundation, and Huma Abedin, then Clinton’s deputy chief of staff at the State Department, ahead of a June 2012 dinner. Abedin noted in a subsequent email that the gathering would be hosted in Clinton’s home.
Pinchuk’s dinner invitation was exposed in a series of emails obtained by Citizens United.
There has been a repeated pattern of denial between the Clintons and their major donors. See: A Uranium One Primer – Clinton, Giustra & Kazakhstan’s Uranium Assets.
More from the article:
Melanne Verveer, a senior Ukrainian-American official at the State Department, often acted as a go-between for Clinton and Pinchuk. Verveer conveyed Pinchuk’s best wishes to the secretary of state in Feb. 2010 after meeting with him in Ukraine. After speaking with Pinchuk in Sept. 2011, Verveer informed Clinton that the businessman had been asked by Viktor Yanukovych, then the president of Ukraine, to relay to her some of his diplomatic interests in deepening ties to the rest of Europe.
That payment was unearthed in a subpoena of the Trump Organization by the Mueller investigation, reported The New York Times. It is one of a number of foreign payments made to Trump and his associates under the microscope (to deflect blame from the billions donated to the Clinton Foundation.)
Pinchuk, 57, made his wealth in metals, steel in particular. After achieving his doctorate in pipe design from the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute, Pinchuk founded Interpipe in 1990, which makes metal products, most notably steel pipes.
Forbes estimates Pinchuk’s net worth to be $1.4 billion. Other assets include Credit Dnipro Bank and the media companies ICTV, Novy Kanal, and STB, according to a profile of Pinchuk in the Kyiv Post. He also owns real estate in central London.
He reportedly counts the Clintons and Blairs among his friends, as well as the singer Elton John and the late Princess Diana.
Through a foundation that bears his name, Pinchuk became one of Ukraine's leading philanthropists, donating $125 million to various causes, including Jewish ones.
Every year from 2004 until the annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2014, which he vehemently opposed, costing him much of his Russian business, Pinchuk ran the Yalta European Strategy conference in Yalta itself. It has since moved to Kiev. The conference pushes for closer integration between the West and Ukraine, in particular Europe. Both Bill and Hillary Clinton have been paid to speak at the annual conference, reported the Kyiv Post, as Trump did later on.
“I am very much concerned for Ukraine, I am concerned about that region and what is going on there,” Trump told the 2015 conference during his 20 minute speech. “I believe that people from different corners of the world should help Ukraine. I do not think that Ukraine is getting the respect it deserves, and it has long been proving it deserves respect."
In 2016, Pinchuk settled a high profile legal battle with two other Ukrainian oligarchs—Gennadiy Bogolyubov and Igor Kolomoisky—over his attempt to purchase a metal mine in Ukraine. He accused them of taking $143 million to buy an iron ore mine which was never handed over to him. Pinchuk settled for $1 billion, reported The Independent. Pinchuk’s critics accuse him of amassing a large portion of his wealth through opaque deals while his father-in-law was president of Ukraine. Pinchuk’s wife, Elena Kuchma, is the daughter of ex-president Leonid Kuchma.
In a 2009 interview with the Financial Times, Pinchuk said he was “a proud Soviet” as a child. “I never felt I was Ukrainian or Russian,” he said, adding that, at the time, he felt the fall of the Soviet Union was “a big tragedy”.
At the time, Trump was one of several Republicans vying for the 2016 presidential nomination. In August 2015, Doug Schoen, a political consultant who works for the Ukrainian billionaire and steel magnate Victor Pinchuk, personally contacted Trump to set up the speech. Trump accepted the request but reportedly did not broach the subject of any payment. However, his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, is said to have called Schoen the next day to ask for a $150,000 fee from Pinchuk in exchange for the talk.

Did The Deep State Fire Up Trump Tower?

Here's what I think is going on with the Cohen raid. I think the main purpose is to isolate Trump from his personal lawyer and discourage other attorneys from considering working with him. Who wants to be subject to this kind of invasion? Remember, Joe di Genova backed out after just a few days based on some sudden conflict. Yet, Joe is still extremely Pro-Trump.
Secondly, Cohen has an office at the Trump Tower. I think it's extremely suspicious that they raided his office shortly after the fire. What a distraction. Did they start the fire to force Cohen to leave the building? He was there when the fire started.
Third, whatever they're looking for, some fake crime to pin on Trump, they got a judge to sign off on the warrant based on something to do with Stormy Daniels. I'm guessing they're looking for some payment from Cohen to the mysterious man who she alleges threatened her in a parking lot in 2011. Stormy's attorney said they will be issuing sketches of that man in the next day or two. The timing seems right. Remember, Stormy's attorney worked for Rahm Emanuel, Biden and the Saudi prince who hates Trump. He is well connected.
Finally, the raid gives Mueller access to all confidential information between Trump and his private attorney. Nobody has more information on Trump than Cohen. Nobody. Cohen does not work for the White House. This is a fishing expedition looking for new crime to hang on Trump. Something to use for midterms. Something to use for 2020. I guarantee they have nothing. Mueller could be trying to get fired. Another possibility. Doesn't matter now. Mueller has all the documents. Pushing Trump to fire him, isolating him, and then impeaching him.
No matter how you cut it this is a mockery of Justice and a desperate attempt by the left to avoid what's coming out soon in the IG report. I could be wrong, and this could be all some white hat maneuver. But it sure didn't feel like that today. Can you imagine the outrage if special prosecutor Kenneth Starr had conducted a raid on the office of David Kendall, the personal attorney for then-President Bill Clinton?

Syria. The Mess Obama Left For Trump.

Even Tommy Vietor, the National Security Council spokesperson during the Obama administration, admits that Obama failed in Syria and left a "mess" for President Trump.
The "mess" that he refers to is what his former boss, Obama, called one of his proudest moments. Specifically, President Obama was most proud that he chose not to intervene after saying that use of chemical weapons by Syria would be "crossing a red line." Syria later used chemical weapons on his watch, and Obama refused to militarily intervene. In a 2016 interview with The Atlantic, Obama says he was satisfied with the result of his actions because it bucked the "Washington playbook" and he truly thought it was the right decision:
“I’m very proud of this moment. The overwhelming weight of conventional wisdom and the machinery of our national-security apparatus had gone fairly far. The perception was that my credibility was at stake, that America’s credibility was at stake. And so for me to press the pause button at that moment, I knew, would cost me politically. And the fact that I was able to pull back from the immediate pressures and think through in my own mind what was in America’s interest, not only with respect to Syria but also with respect to our democracy, was as tough a decision as I’ve made—and I believe ultimately it was the right decision to make.”
“Where am I controversial? When it comes to the use of military power. That is the source of the controversy. There’s a playbook in Washington that presidents are supposed to follow. It’s a playbook that comes out of the foreign-policy establishment. And the playbook prescribes responses to different events, and these responses tend to be militarized responses. Where America is directly threatened, the playbook works. But the playbook can also be a trap that can lead to bad decisions. In the midst of an international challenge like Syria, you get judged harshly if you don’t follow the playbook, even if there are good reasons why it does not apply.”
But, after that decision, Syria clearly never got rid of all their chemical weapons. As a result, President Trump is now stuck figuring out the "mess" he inherited from Obama. Something that Vietor admitted:
"Republicans and a very dumb columnist are resurfacing this tweet like it’s a gotcha. Shipping out 1300 metric tons of weapons-grade chemicals was a major development. Obviously they didn’t get it all. Chlorine wasn’t covered. Trump was handed a mess but also hasn’t deterred Assad," Vieta said.

Trump is Draining the Swamp of Liberal and RINO Activist Judges!

Trump is draining the swamp of liberal and RINO activist judges!
The death of Judge Stephen Reinhardt, 87, last week marks the end of three decades of liberal activism for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, which also saw the abrupt retirement of Judge Alex Kozinski in December after accusations of sexual misconduct.
Reinhardt is but the latest prominent appeals judge Trump will replace. Judges Richard Posner and Alex Kozinski, both leading lights of the federal judiciary, left active service late in 2017. Posner, who served on the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, retired in September 2017 to do charitable work for indigent plaintiffs. Kozinski, a Ninth Circuit judge, retired in December 2017 amid a deluge of sexual misconduct allegations. Both were considered conservatives, but each departed from conservative legal orthodoxy in different ways.
Reinhardt was close to Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley and California Governor Jerry Brown, and was named to the Court of Appeals by President Jimmy Carter. His decisions, which tended to read the case law in the most liberal way possible, were frequently reversed by the Supreme Court. In contrast, Kozinski was 35 when President Ronald Reagan put him on the 9th Circuit, and he remained the provocateur even after he became chief judge in 2007.
Trump has named two nominees for the Ninth Circuit thus far: Assistant U.S. Attorney Ryan Bounds was nominated for a seat in Oregon and former Hawaii Attorney General Mark Bennett for a seat in Hawaii. Neither has yet been confirmed.
The Senate confirmed 14 judges to federal circuit courts in 2017 — a record in the modern period. There are currently 152 vacancies on the federal courts, according to the U.S. Judicial Conference.

Assault Rifles. Defined.

The Army defines a true assault rifle as: Short, compact, selective-fire (i.e. both semi-automatic and fully-automatic) weapons that fire a cartridge intermediate in power between sub-machine gun and rifle cartridges.
Selective fire is defined as a weapon, which at the user’s selection, can fire semi-automatic or fully-automatic fire. Semi-automatic is defined as a weapon designed to fire each time the trigger is pulled. Fully-automatic is defined as a weapon which will fire continuously as long as the trigger is pulled.
Since 1944, military firearms that fit this general description and general design have sometimes been labeled as an “assault rifle." Some civilian versions of military look-alike rifles have been erroneously labeled as “assault rifles” because they generally fit the description. However, since the civilian rifles have been modified internally to eliminate the selective fire capability, they are not "assault rifles." The United States Army does not designate any of it’s infantry small arms with the term “assault rifle.”
The AR-15 is not an assault rifle. AR stands for Armalite. Not for Assault Rifle. The AR-15 does not offer selective fire and is not fully-automatic.

Facebook Uses Nazi Tactics on Diamond & Silk

If you think conservatives, like you and me, being censored, shadow-banned or totally blocked and sent to Facebook jail, is funny or NO BIG DEAL, here's what is happening to Diamond & Silk, a conservative team of two brilliant black women with over 2 million followers.
FACEBOOK IS TELLING THEIR USERS THAT DIAMOND AND SILK ARE UNSAFE TO THE COMMUNITY. CENSORSHIP IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL. IT'S THE FIRST STEP TOWARD TURNING US INTO A POLICE STATE. IT'S NAZI GERMANY. Please share their story everywhere!
Here is their story as posted on Twitter:
@DiamondandSilk have been corresponding since September 7, 2017, with @facebook (owned by Mark Zuckerberg), about their bias censorship and discrimination against Diamond & Silk's brand page. Finally, after several emails, chats, phone calls, appeals, beating around the bush, lies, and giving us the run around, Facebook gave us another bogus reason why MILLIONS of people who have liked and/or followed our page no longer receive notifications and why our page, post and video reach was reduced by a very large percentage.
Here is the reply from Facebook. Thu, Apr 5, 2018 at 3:40 PM:
"The Policy team has came to the conclusion that your content and your brand has been determined unsafe to the community."
Yep, this was Facebook's conclusion after 6 Months, 29 days, 5 hrs, 40 minutes and 43 seconds. Oh and guess what else Facebook said:
"This decision is final and it is not appeal-able in any way." (Note: This is the exact wording that Facebook emailed to us.)
So our questions to Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg) are:
1. What is unsafe about two Blk-women supporting the @POTUS @realDonaldTrump?
2. Our FB page has been created since December 2014, when exactly did the content and the brand become unsafe to the community?
3. When you say "community" are you referring to the Millions who liked and followed our page?
4. What content on our page was in violation?
5. If our content and brand was so unsafe to the community, why is the option for us to boost our content and spend money with FB to enhance our brand page still available? Maybe FB should give us a refund since FB censored our reach.
6. Lastly, didn't FB violate their own policy when FB stopped sending notifications to the Millions of people who liked and followed our brand page?
This is deliberate bias censorship and discrimination. These tactics are unacceptable and we want answers!

Trump, Assad and Syria. What's The Plan?

Social media is questioning why, if Trump was planning to withdraw troops from Syria, Assad would launch a chemical attack in Government-controlled Douma. If Trump is planning airstrikes against Assad for chemical weapons use—with Russia & Iran supporting the regime—getting 2,000 American troops out of Syria first makes sense.
The left is now in a conundrum of sorts. Now that President Trump has called Assad an "Animal" and called out Obama for his lack of action regarding the "Red Line", will the left still support our taking military action vs Syria? John Bolton is set to begin his tenure as National Security Advisor tomorrow.
President Trump on Iran, Russia and Syria:
"Many dead, including women and children, in mindless CHEMICAL attack in Syria. The area of atrocity is in lock-down and encircled by Syrian Army, making it completely inaccessible to outside world. President Putin, Russia and Iran are responsible for backing the Animal Assad. Big price to pay. Open area immediately for medical help and verification. Another humanitarian disaster for no reason, whatsoever. SICK! If President Obama had crossed his stated Red Line In The Sand, the Syrian disaster would have ended long ago! Animal Assad would have been history!"

APRIL 7, 2017: Trump gives the order to launch 59 tomahawk missiles at a Syrian air base after the Khan Shaykhun chemical attack killed 100 Syrians. APRIL 7, 2018: Assad drops chemical weapon, chlorine gas--on bombed & besieged enclave of Douma, killing 70, suffocated to death.

The Man Who Died in Trump Tower. Andy Warhol's Friend.

The man who died in Trump Tower was riddled with debt and disease. He comes from a wealthy family who have appeared to abandon him. His apartment and art assets are worth several times the debt secured against them. He suffered from debilitating medical problems that made it difficult for him to function.
Todd Brassner, 67, who was in apartment 50C on the 50th floor of Trump Tower, in Manhattan, died in the hospital after the unit was engulfed by the blaze. Brassner was an art collector/dealer who had purchased his 50th-floor unit in 1996 and filed bankruptcy in 2015. He was friends with Andy Warhol, the openly gay famous artist, and Brassner’s name appears multiple times in “The Andy Warhol Diaries,” the dictated autobiography that was published two years after his death at age 58 in 1987. Brassner sold a variety of Warhol prints, including a 1967 self-portrait that netting a $601,000 price tag in 2007. Brassner's large collection also once included a 1978 Marilyn Monroe print by Warhol, dedicated "to Todd."
Todd Brassner purchased his high-rise apartment back in 1996. Brassner’s family had supported him financially for years, but debt and failing health plagued him in recent years. He has bought and sold art his entire adult life. His family is wealthy. Until the end of 2014, his family helped him pursue this passion. But their support was limited. In 2015, he filed bankruptcy. The bankruptcy filing noted that for the past few years he has been plagued with debilitating medical problems that have made it difficult for him to function.
Brassner’s apartment and art collection turned out to be valuable nest eggs, the court filing showed: “The apartment is worth multiples of the secured debt against it.’’ It added his father had left Brassner a “substantial inheritance.’’ In the bankruptcy filing it says the apartment he lived is worth $2.5 million.
FDNY Commissioner Daniel Nigro said about the fire: 'It's a well-built building. The upper floors, the residence floors, are not sprinklered.' Fire sprinklers were not required in New York City highrises when Trump Tower was completed in 1983.
Thoughts? I have a few.

South Korea. The Women's Cult That Almost Was.

This sounds eerily similar to Hillary and Huma, doesn't it? Thankfully, we dodged that bullet.
South Korea's first female President was sentenced to 24 years in prison for bribery, abuse of power and coercion. She was leading the country toward a Shamanistic all-women’s cabal based on the influence of her closest friend, Choi Soon-sil. Choi runs two non-profit foundations that boasted of ties with the President to collect more than $70 million in donations from the country'smajor conglomerates.
Park Geun-hye, 66, who became South Korea's President in 2013, was convicted of pressuring companies, including Samsung, to give her tens of millions of dollars in exchange for Government support. The money was used to fund her friend Choi’s non-profit organizations, which included a Shamanistic women’s cult. Park is the daughter of Park Chung-hee, South Korea’s former dictator who ruled the country from 1961 until he was assassinated in 1979.
Park was impeached and arrested last March. Park was not present in court for her sentencing, claiming she was sick. Park has shown "no sign of repentance," and has instead pinned the blame on her associate, Choi.
The media referred to Park as the “Queen of Elections” for always managing to lead her party to victory. I wonder what they call her now?

Mueller, Podesta, the Ukraine's President Yanukovych and Manafort.

Now Robert Mueller is prosecuting Manfort for doing work in the Ukraine for Viktor Yanukovych back in 2013. However, Mueller worked with Yanukovych in 2013 as well. Yanukovych served as President of the Ukraine from 2010 until 2014.
Yanukovych is currently in exile in Russia and wanted by the Ukraine for high treason. November 2013 saw the beginning of a series of events that led to his ousting as President. Yanukovych rejected a pending EU association agreement, choosing instead to pursue a Russian loan bailout and closer ties with Russia. The Ukrainian parliament voted to remove him from his post. After his departure, Yanukovych declared himself to remain "the legitimate head of the Ukrainian state elected in a free vote by Ukrainian citizens." In June of 2015, Yanukovych was officially deprived of the title of President of Ukraine by the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.
Last week a memo was released showing Assistant AG Rod Rosenstein directing the Mueller investigation to look into allegations that Paul Manafort:
“Committed a crime or crimes arising out of payments he received from the Ukrainian government before and during the tenure of President Viktor Yanukovych.”
Neither Rosenstein or Mueller offered that Mueller interacted with the former Ukrainian President as well.
Here's a picture of Mueller and Yanukovych together in 2013 shared by the Ukrainian Embassy on Facebook with the post:
“We are grateful to American side for support of our efforts aimed at settlement of frozen conflicts, ensuring control over conventional arms in Europe and combating trafficking. We count on further support and cooperation with USA within the OSCE in order to enhance stability and security in the area which is under jurisdiction of the given organization,” the President said at the meeting with FBI Director Robert Mueller.
The Head of State reminded that since the beginning of 2013, Ukraine had been presiding in the OSCE. “We determined priorities of our presidency in close cooperation with member-states of the OSCE. I am pleased to note that we have a constructive cooperation with Washington in this sphere,” the President emphasized.
“Ukrainian-American cooperation efficiently develops in many spheres of mutual interest. Your visit is very interesting for Ukraine and relations between our law enforcement bodies have established good traditions of cooperation and communication in the course of 20 years. I am confident that there is a potential for further broadening of cooperation,” Viktor Yanukovych said.
He stressed that Ukraine paid particular attention to the issue of combating terrorism. We have adopted a number of documents aimed at increasing the efficiency of such work.
“The level of cooperation between central executive governmental bodies involved in anti-terrorist actions is pretty high. The Security Service elaborated respective documents, they were reviewed and approved by respective Presidential Decree,” the Head of State noted.
The President emphasized that Ukraine is very close to signing the Association Agreement with the EU in November. “There are some preparations left but I hope that we will fulfill everything and sign the Agreement,” he said.
In his turn, FBI Director Robert Mueller expressed gratitude to the President of Ukraine for the assistance provided after the explosions in Boston. “I would like to focus on the most important issue for us – the issue of combating terrorism. I would like to say thank you for the assistance provided to us after the Boston Marathon,” he noted.
FBI Director also informed that in the course of his meetings in Ukraine, he planned to discuss a number of issues of mutual interest.
Who only knows what the issues of mutual interest were!
This is not the first interaction Mueller had with the Russians. In 2009 Mueller hand delivered uranium to the Russians on an airport tarmac per the request of Hillary Clinton. Mueller also was Head of the FBI when the Obama Administration sold 20% of US uranium to the Russians in the Uranium One deal.
Mueller also reportedly visited Moscow before he visited the Ukrainian President in 2013.
How can Mueller be investigating Manfort for business with the Ukraine and Russia when Mueller is as suspect as Manafort ever was?

Here's the rest of the story on Mueller, Rosenstein, McCabe, Comey, Podesta, the Ukraine, Russia, Manafort and Clinton.
Uranium One was represented by the Podesta Group from 2011 to 2013 (managed by John Podesta’s brother), which cashiered $180,000 from its client. John Podesta was Bill Clinton's Chief of Staff, Obama's right hand man and Hillary's campaign manager. John Podesta was HATED BY Andrew Breitbart who threatened to expose him shortly before he "suddenly" died in March 2012. Tony, the foreign lobbyist, is John's brother. The Podesta Group had avoided registration as a foreign agent by claiming that a client, the European Centre for Modern Ukraine, had no ties to a foreign government. The European Centre for Modern Ukraine was likely funded by ousted Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich from the billions he extracted before fleeing Ukraine.
Manafort and Gates approached the Podesta Group in 2012 about lobbying on behalf of the Ukrainian government. The Podesta Group did work to benefit Yanukovich through the Brussels-based nonprofit European Centre for a Modern Ukraine. The Podesta Group earned more than $1.2 million from Yanukovich from 2012 through 2014 before he was ousted as President of the Ukraine.
The Obama Justice Department chose not to share this information with those government officials responsible for the October 2010 approval of the partial sale of Uranium One to Rosatom. If the FBI’s evidence of Rosatom’s violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act had been disclosed in a timely fashion, the chances for government approval of the Uranium One-Rosatom deal would have vanished, despite its high-level backing from The Podesta Group, Uranium One’s substantial payments to the Clinton Foundation, and Russia’s direct payments to Bill Clinton himself. Hence the stakes in withholding the FBI evidence were quite high.
Given its importance to Russia, one might wonder why the Russian Rosatom representatives insisted on kickbacks and money laundering, whose disclosure could have scotched the whole Uranium One-Rosatom deal. For those who follow Putin’s kleptocracy, there is no mystery. Every Kremlin deal confers a license to steal on the participating Putin associates. Control of Rosneft or Gazprom is a license to steal billions. In this case, stealing from contactors on the Rosatom deal was a license to steal millions. There is a second explanation beyond greed and rent seeking: by making criminal conduct a condition for doing business, the Russian side would have compromising material (kompromat) to use against its U.S. partners if the need arose.
Those who attempt to do business with Russia understand that the Putin economy is basically one vast criminal conspiracy. Its business deals are Mafia operations, such as the Uranium One deal, which divert state revenue into private pockets. The Uranium One deal served both Russia’s national security interests while lining the pockets of those Russian placed in charge. Putin’s oligarchs can keep their gains if they stay on the right side of the Kremlin. The Kremlin rule, however, is not to get caught. In this case, the Russian operative was found out and will serve a prison sentence. He may be glad. Who knows what the Kremlin has in store for him? Those U.S. officials and PR executives involved in the Rosatom deal should remember: Those who lie with dogs come up with fleas.
Justice officials involved in the “silent” 2009 to 2015 investigation of Rosatom include Robert Mueller, James Comey, Rod Rosenstein, and Andrew McCabe – all intertwined in the ongoing investigation of President Donald Trump’s alleged collusion with Russia. The failure of this “gang of four” to blow the whistle on Rosatom means they must recuse themselves from any Russian investigations, Robert Mueller included. The attempts in Washington to link Trump with Russia may turn out to shine light on much bigger scandals by the gang of four.

So, Paul Manafort has accused Robert Mueller of carrying out an illegal search of his property only 10 days after Mueller was appointed as special counsel in May 2017. What was Mueller really looking for IMHO? Podesta Group incriminating documents on behalf of the DNC, Obama and Hillary Clinton. Remember, John Podesta was Bill Clinton's Chief of Staff, Obama's right-hand-man and Hillary Clinton's campaign manager. His brother, Tony, was a corrupt international lobbyist who had business dealings with Manafort and the Russians.
During the search, FBI agents grabbed boxes of Manafort's business records, which covered his work for Ukrainian politicians and in a movie production business, according to the filing. Investigators were looking for documents related to the now-defunct lobbying firm Podesta Group, which also did international lobbying and was run by the brother of Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman.
An FBI agent said in an affidavit it believed Manafort might also have records in the boxes of his business relationship with Oleg Deripaska, a Russian oligarch who was sanctioned by the Trump administration. Prosecutors have said they've shielded Manafort and public from seeing descriptions in the warrant documentation that could reveal their ongoing investigation.
Manafort had paid a little more than $300 a month since 2015 to rent the large metal-walled room to hold his business records, on Holland Lane in Alexandria, according to the filing. It held 21 boxes of paperwork and a metal filing cabinet that appeared to be filled with documents dating back decades.
They emptied the storage unit in the search, Manafort's lawyers said.
I never did understand how Mueller could be Special Counsel when his law firm worked for Manafort and Ivanka Trump. Is this how Trump and Sessions set up Mueller and Rosenstein?
Before he became Special Counsel, Robert Mueller was a partner at the law firm WilmerHale, which had both Paul Manafort and Ivanka Trump/Jared Kushner as clients. Mueller quit WilmerHale to become Special Counsel and brought over several associates with him. Manafort fired WilmerHale after his house was raided.
Now, Federal government insiders believe that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein did not have the authority to legally appoint Robert Mueller as special counsel, due to this major glaring conflict of interest in the case. Rosenstein's DOJ signed a waiver for Mueller on May 18th. Nobody understands why.
Robert Mueller still worked for WilmerHale — the very firm representing Paul Manafort — when Rod Rosenstein contacted Mueller to give him the go-ahead to investigate Manafort for suspected Russia ties. That should have come up in any fair (and legally required) background check that Rosenstein should have done on Mueller. Manafort was still being represented by WilmerHale when his house was raided by federal authorities in August 2017, at which time he dropped WilmerHale as his representation.
“Acting AG Rod Rosenstein did not follow the law established to appoint a special counsel. This was made clear when he and the special counsel on Monday filed a response to Paul Manafort’s motion to dismiss. In the CFR (600.3) for special counsel it states “to ensure that a Special Counsel undergoes an appropriate background investigation and a detailed review of ethics and conflicts of interest issues“.
That’s where the entire Rosenstein-Mueller team runs into trouble.
“In the Prosecutions response to Manafort’s motion to dismiss, they provide as evidence Attachment “A” the letter from Rosenstein dated 05/17/2017 appointing Robert Mueller as special counsel. They also provide Attachment “B” the 08/02/2017 Memorandum from Rosenstein to Mueller referencing the scope of investigation and definition of authority. In the “Memorandum” Rosenstein list Manafort as a prime target “Allegations that Paul Manafort: Committed ….”!”
“Mueller was working at the WilmerHale law firm when picked as special counsel. Manafort has and was using WilmerHale as his law firm.
The prosecution’s response to the motion to dismiss reveals that Rosenstein did not follow the law otherwise the background would have initially disqualified Mueller or any staff from WilmerHale or at the least would have disqualified them once Rosenstein issued the Memorandum in August revealing that Mueller’s Firm’s client Manafort as a target. Part of the Memorandum is redacted and the further question exists: is Jared Kushner in the redacted section because the fact that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are and have been client’s of Mueller’s law firm should have been reason to disqualifiy “WilmerHale insiders” during the required background check of Mueller and his staff."
Robert Mueller was nominated for the position of FBI Director by George W. Bush on July 5, 2001 and his confirmation vote on the Senate floor on August 2, 2001, was unanimous, 98–0. He officially became the FBI director on September 4, 2001, just one week before the September 11 attacks against the United States homeland.
In May 2011, President Obama asked Mueller to continue at the helm of the FBI for two additional years beyond his normal 10-year term, which would have expired on September 4, 2011. On September 4, 2013, Mueller was replaced by James Comey.
