Why I Believe Nikolas Cruz Didn't Kill Those Kids. He Was Framed For the Gun Grabbers.

UPDATED 5/31/18. I don't believe Nikolas Cruz killed those kids. He was framed. I said this on February 16th, two days after the shooting. I believe it more strongly today. I know I'm in the minority. But, after closely studying Pulse, Vegas and the Florida shooting, and reading and cataloguing thousands of articles and witness statements in real-time, I think his entire background was fabricated by Broward County law, FBI and school district, and his social media profiles and statement engineered to create motive. The more time that goes by the more time the Deep State actors behind this shooting have to engineer fake audio and fake video to somehow "prove" Nikolas was the shooter. It is easy to do. With just a photograph and one spoken word, digital editors can create any narrative they need. Wait for it. It will happen.

We now know, from court records, that the FBI facilitated the Garland ISIS shooting and the Pulse Nightclub shootings. Nikolas Cruz is autistic and learning disabled. I have found dozens of articles that confirm that and bury it as if it is irrelevant. He was in a Federal special needs program. He was diagnosed developmentally delayed at 3 years old. He has the mental capacity of a 12 year old. He doesn't drive, can't use a microwave, can't boil water. He has language and mental difficulties. Perfect patsy.
I remind you that the same people who run Broward County are the same people connected to the Globalist movement that has spent the last two years trying to frame and impeach President Trump for fake Russian collusion. They will STOP at nothing.
The UK slaughtered 16 kids in a school in 1996 to get people to finally give up their guns. It worked. Joe Biden made US schools gun-free zones in 1990 for the same goal. 98% of shootings since then have been in gun-free zones. This was PLANNED. The goal? To take our guns - to disarm America.

Nikolas had no reason to shoot up that school. He and his brother were about to inherit $800,000 from their mother. His therapist reported he was fine and not a danger to himself or others. The media has done an excellent job of reporting hearsay and sound bites of behavior that likely didn't exist. They created a persona and sold it hard. There is no visual, audio or eyewitness evidence that Cruz was the shooter. Only the word of Broward county. Now Cruz's mother and brother are both out of the way to dispute anything. Cruz only pled guilty because the Broward County Public Defender offered a guilty plea if they agreed to take the death penalty off the table. I don't even think Nik knows what is really going on.

Who did have a reason to shoot up the school? The corrupt Broward County FBI, law and school district, home of repeated voter fraud, on behalf of the gun grabbers. Who shot those kids? A teacher, Stacy Lippel, said on ABC it was someone wearing a face mask, helmet, bullet proof vest, full body armor and carrying an assault rifle the likes of which she had never seen before. Not Cruz. Another teacher confirms her story. Another eyewitness placed him in street clothes at the other end of the building while the shooting was going on.

Then, after the Broward police and EMS left those kids to die alone for 45 minutes, they had their gun control narrative in hand, activist students ready to go within minutes with videos and an advertising campaign in hand, and a horrified public ready to believe anything.

Now you know how they sold us on the fairytale that lone wolves killed JFK, RFK and MLK. Now you know that Joe McCarthy and Franklin Graham were right about Communists infiltrating our Government. In order to take over, they HAVE TO TAKE OUR GUNS. They need to disarm us like they did in Cuba and Venezuela. Communist China is on record that they will replace the U.S. as the world's superpower by 2050. Communist China and Iran have both called for America to disarm and repeal the 2nd amendment. This is a key first step toward that goal. I wish I was wrong. Sadly, I don't think I am. Here's detail to support my position:
Here's a summary of what we know on the Florida shooting. It gets even more bizarre and incredulous day by day.
1. Within minutes after the shooting, Florida Senator Bill Nelson went on TV saying the FBI confirmed that the shooter wore a gas mask, vest, threw smoke grenades and snuck into the building to set off fire alarm. Within 24 hours that narrative changed to Cruz arriving in a gold Uber wearing a black hat carting a rifle and they called the police. Witnesses did not take any pics of either narrative.
2. Feis, the coach who was killed, has been reported dying in four different scenarios in four different local newspapers. Other national newspapers report he never encountered Cruz at all. Some say he was armed. Others not armed. The boy CNN labeled a hero for saving kids with Kevlar actually NEVER SAW CRUZ or Feis. Only heard about them from others. The assistant coach and Sheriff Israel said Feis "shielded" two or three students and died but that is total hearsay. No actual witness statements have been proffered.
3. Broward County is the home to documented Clinton & Gore voter fraud in 2000, 2004 and 2016. Debbie W. Schultz district. Sheriff Israel is a close friend of Hillary's who was saved from a charge that he impregnated a 17 year old girl in 2012. Believe NOTHING coming FROM this county.

BROWARD COUNTY:
- Where 9/11 hijackers lived/trained‬
‪- Where 3 lawyers, involved in the same political fraud investigation, drop dead in 2 weeks‬
‪- Police force that cooks stats to ensure fed funding
- Home of the 2000 election HANGING CHADS fraud that almost gave Democrat Al Gore the Presidency
- Sheriff whose team also failed to secure the scene at the 2017 Ft Lauderdale airport shooting where 6 were killed, 5 wounded
- Sheriff who gives instructional gun lessons at a Hamas-linked mosque
- 103% voter turnout‬ during Presidential election
‪- Represented by Debbie Wasserman Schultz who: rigged DNC for Hillary Clinton, hired & funded the Awan Pakistani spy ring & covered up Seth Rich's murder
- Have a outspoken Sheriff who landed 18k more votes in his election than Hillary Clinton did in hers
‪- Have a police force that stands down during a HS massacre‬
Yet we are the ones who are being questioned?
4. Cruz's mother allegedly called police 36 times to her home. A therapist from Henderson Health and DCS is on record LAST YEAR saying that Cruz was sane, not mentally ill, and not a danger to himself or others. The mother died mysteriously of the flu last November and Cruz's brother was grabbed AFTER the shooting and committed in a psych ward against his will. Now Cruz has no family. The family Cruz was living with, the Sneads, said he didn't drive, worked at the Dollar Store and showed no signs of crazy. The family he used to live with, and his brother still lives with, the Deschamps, were neighbors of the Cruz family while his mother was still alive and are after the Cruz family inheritance of $800,000. The police said he was going to the movies on Valentine's Day, and skipping school, yet earlier they told us he was expelled. A picture of Cruz and his brother lovingly holding their mother's ashes has emerged.
5. A cop from another precinct heard a description of Cruz's clothing on the radio and just happened to spot him 2 miles from the school, just 21 minutes after the shooting ended. He was casually walking down the street after supposedly visiting Wal-Mart and McDonald's for a snack. He was arrested without incident, appeared unconscious, later had a panic attack because he appeared confused about being arrested and within minutes appeared too drugged to walk.
6. The Broward county prosecutor told Cruz if he didn't plead guilty they would seek the death penalty. His Broward county public defender advised him to plead guilty within 36 hours after shooting.
7. The son of an ANTI TRUMP FBI GUY, David Hogg, the head of the school TV station, was texting his father DURING the shooting from a classroom and filmed the screams! He is the SOURCE of the video. Immediately after the shooting he gave interviews that appeared scripted and had several outtakes to fix his errors in recall. He immediately sent the video to CNN, became the spokesperson for the global student gun control narrative, appeared on every network, tweeted for people to call their Congressman and push gun CONTROL. Interesting that a kid who just watched his classmates slaughtered has a video in hand, a professional narrative, is blaming Trump and glorifying the FBI instead of grieving. Rumors are that HOGG may be a 26 year old crisis actor. None of that has been verified. However, there is a 2017 CBS TV news appearance on the beach in LA by David Hogg who says his parents moved from California to Broward County, Florida in the past few years so he could become a student reporter. HOW CONVENIENT. He says it's a coincidence and he was just visiting LA last year.
8. There is NOT ONE PIC OF CRUZ OR PADDOCK shooting. Why? There should be thousands. There were 3,000 kids at that school and thousands at Vegas. Did the FBI and Broward confiscate all the cell phones when they told the kids to put their hands up and march out?
9. THE FBI has 1,000 agents in southern Florida, 35,000 nationwide. There is no lack of staff to follow up. In 2011, under Obama's direction, Broward County schools and authorities told law enforcement to stand down when dealing with offenders and let them go. Why?
10. WTH. So, Cruz was ready to inherit $800,000 from his dead mother who died suddenly from the flu last November...so he decides to kill a bunch of kids while his brother is mysteriously swept off to the insane asylum after the shooting and Broward county can now use THAT money to pay the county for Cruz's legal and public defender legal fees? Are you kidding me?
11. SMOKING GUN, PEOPLE. Sheriff Israel's ARMED Deputy was CAUGHT ON VIDEO outside the school DOING NOTHING for FOUR minutes of the entire 6 minutes of shooting. Was he told to STAND down? Did he let those kids die on purpose or was he just scared? I choose door number one. He resigned pending investigation.
12. Several schools across the nation informed parents that they were threatened with gun violence on social media right after the shooting. All threats were HOAXES yet appeared to be identical and coordinated nationally. WHO is behind that?
13. CNN is now trying to cover for all the inconsistent stories in the Florida shooting by reporting that the surveillance footage used to track the shooter's movements was on a 20 minute delay. So the police say they thought Cruz was still in the building when he was really ALREADY AT WAL-MART! They say this is why everybody is so CONFUSED and the timelines and stories don't match!! This is a joke, right? What surveillance system is on a 20 minute delay, or accidently rewinds, and what kind of idiot would believe that BS?
PLEASE TELL ME THIS LATEST FABRICATION IS ENOUGH TO CONVINCE EVEN THE ARDENT LEFTISTS THAT THIS ENTIRE EVENT WAS ENGINEERED.
14. More on the armed Officer who resigned for not going in to face the shooter:
In February 2016, the Broward sheriff’s office received information that Nicholas Cruz “planned to shoot up the school.” A deputy forwarded the information to the school resource officer at Stoneman High. That resource officer was Deputy Scott Peterson. The same Peterson who stood outside 4 Minutes and DID NOTHING when the call came. Then in September 2016, a peer counselor at Stoneman High alerted the school resource officer — likely Deputy Peterson — that Cruz “possibly ingested gasoline” a week prior “in an attempt to commit suicide and is cutting himself.”
In November 2017, a caller from Massachusetts, yes Massachusetts, told the authorities that Cruz had been stockpiling guns and knives. The Sheriff’s office said the caller worried that Cruz “will kill himself one day and believes he could be a school shooter in the making.” Deputy Peterson signed his retirement papers which basically amounted to a resignation. He will receive pension. He had been with the office for more than 32 years. “He is not someone who has much of a presence” in the school, said Samantha Fuentes, an 18-year-old at Stoneman High who was shot in both legs.
Why was the Resource Officer outside to begin with? What happened to the UBER Driver? Was Peterson the only one who SAW the UBER arrive? Where's the surveillance video from all the school cameras? Was Nicholas Cruz actually expelled from school? Then why did the Snead's, the family he was staying with, make a statement that Nicholas decided to stay home from school on Valentine's Day? Confused yet?
15. "Before he moved in, one of our stipulations was that Nikolas had to get a gun safe. Nikolas didn't drive so we got him a gun safe on the way to move his stuff to our house. Nikolas did not have access to the gun safe. We had the only key," said the Sneads, the family Nik lived with after his mother died. How did he get the gun?
16. Also, was Cruz really expelled? If so, why did the Sneads say Nik was not going to school on Valentine's Day and Nik texted he was going to the movies instead?
17. A teacher said on video on ABC that she thought the shooter, in the hallway, was the police, in full tactical gear like a SWAT team. Until she realized he was killing people. She saw this masked man outside her classroom at the same time another student, on the other side of the school, said she talked to Cruz, he was unarmed and walking out with her while hearing shots.
18. Remember the HANGING CHADS in the 2000 Presidential election? Where 1,800 ballots had to be recounted to determine if Al Gore really won the election or if there was some hanky panky going on?
Guess which county that was? You guessed it. Corrupt BROWARD COUNTY. Bush prevailed.
19. Wow. Turns out Sheriff Israel's Broward County Office FAILED to secure the scene in the Fort Lauderdale Airport shooting last year, too. 5 people died. 6 wounded.
20. Another SMOKING gun. The Broward County Sheriff’s department told Fox News that the Deputies who arrived at the scene of the shooting were told not to enter the school unless their body cameras were turned on. Then Fox News found out that the Deputies did not EVEN have body cameras! Another lie. Also, police radio communications strangely went out during the school shooting while the surveillance tape was delayed 20 minutes. Sheriff Israel's team was criticized LAST YEAR when they also lost radio communication during the horrific Ft. Lauderdale airport shooting that left 6 dead and 5 wounded. COINCIDENCE? Not on your life. Pattern of corruption.
21. Fox News' Laura Ingraham has received internal emails from the Broward County Sheriff's Office that strongly urges all staff to vigorously support Democrat Sheriff Scott Israel.
22. An EMS first responder said they were not allowed to treat victims for 45 minutes after shooting ended. By then, everyone was dead.
23. If officers waited outside, why wasn't the shooter arrested as he left the building?
24. How did the gun control narrative script itself within 2 hours after the shooting?
25. Sheriff Israel's PAC took money from the Cuban mafia for re-election.
26. Zachary Cruz was held for 10 days and when released he posted, on Facebook, two loving childhood pictures of he and his brother. What did they do to him during those ten days? Then he released a statement on Instagram: "Don't believe everything you read and hear about my brother."
27. The police said they went to Cruz's home 39 times, then 36 times, now 27 times. No arrests were ever made. The only source of Cruz's alleged violent background is from the Broward County Sheriff's department and the files prepared by the Broward County Schools!. DCF visited the home once and declared Cruz was fine and there were no weapons on the property!

28. BREAKING: There is an exterior surveillance video of the school. Why is the Broward County Sheriff and School Superintendent fighting against its release? It's been 3 weeks. They need time to create a new fake one? With only a few seconds of audio, video or still photos, engineers can CREATE anything they want these days and it will be almost impossible to detect a forgery. Seriously. Do not believe your eyes or ears anymore. Use common sense. The only sense we truly have left to find the facts.
29. On February 26th, three media companies sued the Broward County Sheriff's Office and the Broward County School Superintendent to force the release of surveillance video of the outside of the school during the shooting. The authorities are saying that they don't want to release the video because it could reveal their "secret" security system, it would interfere with their investigation of Scott Peterson, the deputy who hid outside with 3 other deputies, and is part of an ongoing criminal investigation.
It's been over three weeks since the shooting and we've seen no audio, eyewitness, photographic or video footage at all that confirms Nikolas Cruz was the shooter. Just the word of Broward County.
30. A Cobb County Republican Party official allegedly shared a video on social media that claims the deadly school shooting in Florida was a politically motivated fake according to 11 Alive reports. Michael Davis, a vice chairman of the Cobb County Republican Party, shared the video to Facebook. Originally uploaded by someone from Athens, Greece, the video shows students at Broward County schools in Florida taking part in active-shooter training. The post goes on to claim the video actually shows students in Parkland, Fla., "rehearsing" before "the fake shooting aired by NBC," 11 Alive reports. The post included the hashtag #CrisisActors and #FalseFlag. Davis's Facebook page also features a post that suggests the suspect in the Florida shooting, Nikolas Cruz, could not have been the real shooter. Cobb County Chairman says the media is perpetuating the hoax itself: @JasonShepherd "The only real conspiracy theory is the left and @11Alive claiming @cobbgop believes in conspiracy theories launched by conspiracy theorists nuts like @neondlag #GeorgeChidi. #gapol #tcot @monicaonairtalk @11AliveNews @mhking #FakeNewsMedia #FakeNews."
31. DNC using Parkland students to sign fundraising letters and for March 14th school walkout planned by the Women's March organizers and paid by Soros. A new low.
32. BREAKING: The Broward County Public Defender tried to block a private probate attorney from speaking with Nikolas Cruz about his inheritance. Also, the neighbors who filed for control of the money, the Deschamps, who were also listed on the death certificates, claim that Linda Cruz made them legal guardian of the boys. There is NO paperwork proving THAT claim and Linda Cruz died suddenly without a will. The Deschamps are also the source of all the calls to Broward county about the Cruz home. Nik Cruz left the Deschamps to live with the Sneads because he didn't like them and thought they were after his money. Looks like he was right.
33. So, not only is Broward County Sheriff Israel incompetent and corrupt, Broward School Superintendent Runcie has been sitting on an $800 million bond appropriation since 2014, $9.7 million which was supposed to go to upgrades at the school where the shooting happened, but HAS NEVER BEEN SPENT. Yet, Runcie got a huge raise last November and his $335,000 annual contract was renewed until 2023. Now they're calling to tear the school down? It keeps getting worse. What other suspicious circumstances coming out of Broward County will be next?
34. Now the Broward County Sheriff's Office has taken a page out of the DNC playbook and tweeted out their own "fact-check" website so that we can all be indoctrinated on the details of the shooting as THEY see it: "In an effort to assist reporters & the public in accessing accurate information, we have created the BSO Fact Check website: http://bsofactcheck.org." This means that any information that contradicts the official BSO story line will be disputed and censored. This is how they do it, folks.

35. Broward County Public Schools Superintendent Robert Runcie now says he wants a comprehensive, independent review of Nikolas Cruz’s educational record. He also wants an accounting of the academic, social and emotional services Cruz received in the years leading up to the shooting. Runcie detailed his plans at a Broward County School Board meeting and expects results from the review, which began Tuesday, by June. The proposed cost: $60,000. Let me get this straight. The corrupt Broward County School Superintendent, who is already under fire for $800 million in missing appropriation funds, will be handling the investigation into Cruz himself? Isn't that like the fox and the hen house? Plus, we need to wait three months for it and pay $60,000 for public records that should have already been reviewed and published? He's hiring a school consultancy firm to prepare a review of public documents in order to justify their existence and secure future school contracts. Is this what we get for for paying him an annual $335,000 salary plus bennies?

36. Remember last year's airport shooting in the Fort Lauderdale Airport? The one that the Broward County Sheriff's team also failed to secure? Turns out that one of the Broward County sheriff's deputies leaked cell phone video footage of the shooting and was suspended for doing so. Why are there so many shootings in Broward County? There have been 3 horrific shootings: Pulse, FLL airport and Parkland school in the past 18 months. Why Florida? Why was a Broward deputy suspended for releasing cell phone video footage of the shooter? That should tell you everything you need to know. Now Broward County is being sued for wrongful death for the airport shooting.

37. A review of an interview with the Sneads from 2/17 finds that Nikolas Cruz called Mr. Snead from the school and was scared because he heard gunshots. Mr. Snead told Nikolas to leave the school and walk to Wal-Mart and he would pick him up. Why did the media bury that part of the story? Then SWAT called Mr. Snead and asked him where Nik was. Mr. Snead said he was on his way to Wal-Mart. Wait, so SWAT knew Nik's name and whereabouts before he was even arrested? That's not what the cop said that arrested him. The cop that arrested him said he heard his clothing description on the radio and just happened upon him walking in a residential neighborhood. He wasn't IDed until afterwards. So, which story is it?

38. Jan Johnson, a 27-year veteran of the Broward Sheriff's Office, is supposedly the one who gave the "stand down" order to the armed deputies who surrounded the school, during the shooting, and did not engage the shooter. Who gave her the order? Meanwhile, it would be another 45 minutes before EMS First Responders were allowed to treat the victims. By then, they were mostly dead. So they choose a woman to take the fall for the entire event? Why? People will cut her some slack?

39. 14 days after the shooting, the UBER driver is finally speaking. She does not speak English. She said Nikolas had a guitar case and he said he was going to music class. She said the police searched her car and found nothing but swabbed her vehicle for fingerprints.
So again, why is there no security camera video or cell phone video of him arriving carrying a backpack or guitar case? How did he fit a helmet, full metal body gear, a bullet proof vest, smoke grenades, and gas mask in his guitar case and then dress, pull the fire alarm, kill 17 people, undress, dump his gear and walk out on the other side of the building within 6 minutes, when another student saw him unarmed and calm and heard other shots while she was with him? How did he then walk casually to Wal-Mart and Subway two miles away in 21 minutes?

40. Here's another question. The students were told to march out with their hands on each other's shoulders. There are 3,000 students at that school. All with cell phones. Were their cell phones confiscated by the Sheriff's office? Is that the reason we've seen no cell phone video other than the ONE schoolroom video from the anti-Trump FBI guy's son he took in a classroom? Has anyone seen reports on cell phone confiscation? The reason I'm asking is because Sheriff Israel suspended one of his Deputies in January 2017 because he leaked cell phone footage of the botched Ft Lauderdale airport shooting where Broward County lost radio communication and failed to secure the scene. They are facing a wrongful death lawsuit now.

41. On March 7th, Zachary Cruz, Nik's 16 year old brother posted: "Zachary Cruz posted a picture of the Broward County jail and another picture on his Instagram story that says, "Don’t believe everything you hear or read about me and my brother.”

It's been nearly a month and we still have seen no video proof, no audio proof, no forensic proof and no eyewitness proof that Nikolas Cruz EVER killed anybody. He is also autistic with the mental capacity of a 12 year old. Perfect patsy. Not only that but savvy engineers can create any evidence they want -- video or audio --- to fit the narrative the public likes the most.

42. Remember when Broward Deputy Scot Peterson insisted publicly that he believed that gunfire was happening outside on campus — not from inside the building. That was a lie. Radio dispatches show Peterson radioed that gunfire was happening “inside" the building and he told cops to stay away.
“Do not approach the 12 or 1300 building, stay at least 500 feet away.”
Jeff Bell, the president of BSO’s police union said: “It certainly backs up that he never went into the school. At one point he says to keep back 500 feet. Why would he say that?”

Even more incredulous, the Sheriff made up a NEW timeline. Here's the NEW timeline from the Sheriff's Office to fit the NEW story:
Cruz was dropped off at the school by an Uber at 2:19 p.m. Two minutes later, he entered Building 12. He began firing within 15 seconds. At 2:22 p.m. the fire alarm was triggered, blaring throughout the entire campus. “Be advised we have possible, could be firecrackers. I think we have shots fired, possible shots fired —1200 building,” Peterson radioed at 2:23 p.m. Cruz completed shooting at 2:27 and left the building.

So, the Sheriff's Office is now saying that Cruz arrived by Uber at 2:19 carrying a guitar case, with full body armor, a bullet proof vest, a helmet, a face mask and smoke grenades and within 2 minutes and 15 seconds he donned all that gear and began shooting at 2:21? Right. The fire alarm went off at 2:23. Then, Cruz supposedly completed shooting at 2:27 and left the building.

The sheriff’s office tweeted Thursday about the case.

“BSO agreed in court today with the media that surveillance video from outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High should be released publicly. Legal exemptions block the release unless a judge approves. The judge took it under advisement and we hope for a ruling shortly.”

They must have made all the changes to the video they need.

43. The latest fabrication from Broward County. Now the Broward Sheriff's Office is saying "radio communication failures" are the reason they failed to properly respond to the Parkland shooting. This is the same excuse they used for failing to secure the scene at the Ft Lauderdale Airport shooting where the Broward County Sheriff's Office is now begin sued for wrongful death. A couple of weeks ago, they said it was because of a "20 minute delay" in the surveillance video tape. So, which one is it?

The Broward Sheriff's office explained that it operates Broward County's regional 911 system, but the city of Coral Springs isn't part of that and thus operates its own separate center. The city of Parkland contracts the Coral Springs Fire Department for its fire rescue services and the Broward County Sheriff's Office for its law enforcement services. According to the sheriff's office, all cellular 911 calls from Parkland are therefore routed to the Coral Springs Communications Center, which is then tasked with transferring those calls to the Coral Springs Fire Department, the Broward County Sheriff's Office or both, depending on the emergency. Dozens of deputies and officers arrived at the school, but they couldn't communicate with each other due to failed attempts to merge radio traffic between the Broward County Sheriff's Office and the Coral Springs Police Department. Why? They operate on DIFFERENT radio frequencies! How convenient. They were unable to exchange descriptions of the shooter, his location and the weapon he wielded via a common radio channel.

44. The plot thickens in Broward County. Rocxanne Deschamps is the woman the media and the police have trotted out to provide background information on Nikolas and Zachary Cruz. A neighbor who is unemployed, alcoholic, abusive, broke, has a rap sheet for fraud and is nearly homeless, who is after the inheritance money? Who clearly benefits if Nikolas is out of the picture!!
Audra Simovitch, the attorney for Lynda Cruz’s estate, has asked the court to name an independent, “capable” person as the administrator instead of Nikolas Cruz, his brother Zachary Cruz or Rocxanne Deschamps. Linda Cruz was Nikolas and Zachary's adopted mother who died suddenly from the flu last November and allegedly had an $800,000 estate and no will.
Rocxanne Deschamps, a neighbor to the Cruz's, was the party who made most of the 911 calls about the Cruz family, and is the source of most of the nasty "gun crazy" things said about Nikolas Cruz. She took in both the boys after their mother died even though she was unemployed, abusive and an alcoholic. Rocxanne Deschamps's name was strangely listed on Linda Cruz's death certificate. Rocxanne Deschamps said she was the boys' legal guardian but was not able to prove that to the courts. Rocxanne Deschamps filed for control of the $800,000 inheritance the day after the shooting and committed Zachary Cruz to a mental institution that same day where he allegedly stayed for 10 days.
Nikolas Cruz did not like Rocxanne because he said she was mean, and after his money, so he asked the parents of a friend at school, the Sneads, if he could move in with them. Zachary Cruz, younger brother, stayed with the Deschamps. Nikolas left and moved in with the Sneads. The Sneads were the family interviewed on TV who said Nikolas was a good boy. They had no problems with him.
Rocxanne Deschamps and Zachary Cruz asked a probate judge to be named administrators of Lynda Cruz’s estate. A hearing regarding that petition was scheduled for last Thursday but attorney Audra Simovitch canceled it. Simovitch instead filed a motion Monday in Broward County Circuit Court stating that “allegations have been made that Deschamps may not have the best interests of the estate at heart, and therefore may not be an appropriate person to serve as a personal representative.”
She added that Deschamps might be “attempting to exercise control over assets that may be contained within the estate and which she has no legal claim or entitlement to.” Simovitch said Deschamps no longer has the consent of the majority of beneficiaries to be appointed as the personal representative. Because of Nikolas Cruz’s incarceration for killing 14 students and three adults Feb. 14 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland — which he has admitted to — he might be ineligible for appointment, Simovitch wrote. And Zachary Cruz has been “unavailable for communication” which hinders his ability to be named a personal representative.
In attorney Simovitch’s motion for an independent administrator, she listed “red flags” involving Deschamps including:
1) She refused to make Zachary Cruz available to counsel so he can execute required paperwork to be considered as a personal representative.
2) She has refused to provide the registration or title to a 2015 Kia believed to be titled in Lynda Cruz’s name. Deschamps says the Kia is in her care, custody and control. A Kia is often seen sitting in her Lantana Cascade driveway.
3) She has scolded counsel for not probating the estate quick enough prior to the arrest of Nikolas Cruz.
4) Even if Nikolas Cruz had assets left to him from his mother’s estate she would never agree to him being represented by anyone other than the public defender.
How much the estate is worth is a matter of contention. Nikolas Cruz reportedly said his mother left him about $800,000. Court documents show the only asset is a 2010 Kia. Nikolas and Zachary are listed as beneficiaries of their mother’s estate. Simovitch said that once an administrator is appointed, that person or persons will be able to speak with banks and insurance companies to see what Lynda Cruz left behind.
Despite facing struggles of her own — money problems, alcohol and domestic abuse — Deschamps chose to honor her late friend’s wishes by opening her home to the woman’s sons, The Palm Beach Post reported Sunday. Deschamps hasn’t spoken publicly since the massacre, but according to documents obtained and interviews conducted by The Palm Beach Post, her struggles long preceded her taking in 19-year-old Nikolas and, at the time, 17-year-old Zachary.
In October 2016, Deschamps left the suburban West Palm Beach home she shared with her ex-fiance, Gold, which had an assessed value of $572,329 in 2017, according to records, for her dilapidated Lantana Cascade mobile home, which she said has a market value of $3,500. She blamed his verbal and physical outbursts, according to court records. She filed for a restraining order against Gold, saying he threw a heavy vase at her head in front of their son. But a judge denied it for lack of evidence, records show. Gold had filed for custody of their son, saying Deschamps suffered from severe health issues and alcoholism. He also filed an emergency motion for custody after Deschamps removed their son from daycare and wouldn’t let Gold speak to him. He told the court he wasn’t sure if the boy was even in the country and said he felt his son was in physical and emotional danger. Deschamps, in turn, accused Gold of having a drug problem and leaving “bags of cocaine” around the house. Child-neglect accusations flew back and forth, but authorities never were able to substantiate the claims. The Department of Children and Families in February 2017 planned to tell Gold if he continued calling in false reports, the agency would pursue charges against him. In mid-October the judge ruled that the parents share custody, but the accusations continued. In late October, Deschamps told authorities she thought Gold would use drugs while he had their son for the weekend. Again, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies found nothing to substantiate the claim.
How Deschamps manages today is unclear. While her friend Bennett said she works for a company that employs yacht crews, court records show she’s had trouble finding a job. Deschamps — who is from Quebec, according to her Facebook page — wrote in court documents she cannot find legal employment. There also was a concern where her youngest son, who’s 5, would live if she was to be deported. The court ruled he would live with her.

45. The NRA is suing Florida to remove the portion of the new gun law that restricts gun purchases to those 18-20 years of age. Lawyers for the NRA want a federal judge to block the age restriction from taking effect. The group criticized Governor Scott after he signed the $400 million bill which also included arming teachers, banning bump stocks, stricter mental health vetting and more training. The NRA was OK with those provisions. Not the age restriction which is in violation of the 2nd amendment.
“The deranged murderer in Parkland, Florida gave repeated warning signs that were ignored by federal and state officials. If we want to prevent future atrocities, we must look for solutions that keep guns out of the hands of those who are a danger to themselves or others, while protecting the rights of law-abiding Americans.” Isn't it convenient that Nikolas Cruz was 19 years old? Just the perfect age to help the gun grabbers push banning gun purchases by 18-20 year olds?

46. What the hell. On February 17th, three days after the shooting, Cruz's Broward County Public Defender told the media that he instructed Nikolas Cruz to plead guilty so that the prosecutors would remove the death penalty. He said that Cruz was guilty. EVERYBODY KNOWS IT. Really? Based on what? The word of Broward County? Now, after he pled guilty, they're charging the death penalty anyway? Even more proof that this autistic boy is a patsy for the gun grabbers.

47. Okay, I need legal minds to help me here.

Right after the shooting, the media reported that Cruz confessed and pled guilty. CORRECT? His Broward County Public Defender said he advised Cruz to plead guilty to take the death penalty off the table and spare the families the pain of a trial.
Last week, the media reported that Cruz changed his "not guilty" plea to mute. Wait a minute. I thought they said he pled guilty? Now he confessed, pled guilty, pled not guilty and then, saying it was premature, they changed the plea to mute???
Today, the Florida State's Attorney's office said they will be seeking the death penalty AGAINST the recommendation of Broward County. Broward County prefers NOT to have a trial.
So, If the Broward County public defender wanted to plead guilty to take the death penalty off the table and have no trial, that would mean Cruz would automatically go to jail and we would learn no more, correct?
But since the State's attorney, which is Trump's Republican friend Pam Bondi, is seeking the death penalty against the recommendation of Broward County, doesn't that mean that we will now have a trial and discovery? In a twisted way, isn't that a good thing because now we will learn the truth and Broward County can't just lock him up and bury the case? Or am I missing something?

48. There is a Congressional hearing today on the Parkland shooting. Broward County Sheriff Israel refused to appear and testify as did the head of Florida's Department of School and Families!
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley took a direct shot at Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel during his opening remarks at a hearing on the Parkland shooting Wednesday. After reading off the list of witnesses, Grassley noted that the committee also invited Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel to testify, but he refused to appear:
“He declined. I’ve seen that sheriff all over television discussing the shooting, so it’s disappointing that he has refused to speak to the country through his testimony before this committee. Michael Carroll, Secretary of Florida’s Department of School and Families was also invited but also declined to testify. His department investigated and interviewed the shooter before the attack and then appears to have dropped the ball. He, too, has refused to appear even though Governor Scott didn’t oppose his attendance. By thumbing their noses at Congress, Sheriff Israel and Secretary Carroll have let the American people down and also the citizens of Florida that they serve.”

49. Florida judge enters not guilty plea for Nikolas Cruz on 3/14/18. He remained silent. So, so far, we have had the media tell us that he confessed, pled guilty, pled not guilty, withdrew his not guilty plea, pled mute, and is now pleading not guilty. Will we now have a trial and DISCOVERY? I hope so.
50. Here's a summary of an interview with the Snead family right after the shooting. They said he was normal. They said his friends couldn't believe he would do this. All the profiling came from the school files - in fact the SCHOOL called DCF and DCF did a home visit and found him to be fine, that he had no guns and no danger. The school tried to get DCF to change the report and say he was a danger. Also, remember the cop who arrested Cruz? He said he just happened to see him walking down the road and only knew him by his clothing description. That's a lie. Read on. This is an interview with the Snead family, two days after the shooting. Who are the Sneads? After his mother died, Cruz and his brother lived with a neighbor, Rocxanne Deschamps. He later asked a school friend if he could live with him and his family. That friend's parents were James and Kimberly Snead. Who is Rocxanne Deschamps? She was a neighbor of Linda Cruz, Nikolas Cruz's mother. Rocxanne is an unemployed alcoholic who lived with her cocaine-addict boyfriend and their 5-year old son. Rocxanne has a criminal record and is the source of many of the 9/11 calls about the Cruz family. She is also the source of many of the descriptions of Nikolas Cruz as a gun-crazed lunatic. After Linda Cruz died suddenly of the flu last November, Rocxanne took in both Cruz boys and told everyone she was the boy's legal guardian. Her name appears on Linda Cruz's death certificate. Nikolas Cruz did not like living with her because he said she was angry and wanted his money. He asked a school friend if he could move in with his family. The Sneads agreed.

Here's the interview:

Just three months earlier, Cruz moved in with the Sneads after his mother, Lynda Cruz, died of pneumonia. They said he was depressed after losing his mother, but no red flags ever went off about his behavior. For the majority of the time Cruz lived with the Sneads, they say they treated him like family.

"When we went out to dinner, he went out to dinner with us. When we went to a friend's house, he went with us. He was part of our family," said James Snead. "Nik said that his time with the family was the happiest in his life."

Snead and his wife, Kimberly, described Cruz as polite and "normal," saying they set rules for the teen, which he followed to the letter. If he left a candy wrapper or dish out, Kimberly Snead said Cruz always behaved well, as if he was "afraid to be in trouble."

"All the friends that have met him they couldn't believe it was him. They were in just as much shock as we were, being his personality that they knew of him, they couldn't believe he did it because he was timid and quiet, and socially awkward," Kimberly Snead said.

In 2016, someone from MSD high school had alerted Henderson Behavioral Health and DCF to come to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School to evaluate Cruz for possible detainment under the Baker Act, which allows authorities to hold individuals against their will for up to 72 hours, according to a 2016 report submitted by the MSD school. Those 17 and younger can be held for 12 hours. The Florida Department of Children and Families was alerted by the school and they presented them with a Snapchat video where Nik supposedly cut himself and said racist and Nazi things.

DCF and Henderson Health visited Nik at school and at his home. A counselor at MSD school was told that the Florida Department of Children and Families investigators and Henderson Mental Health had visited Cruz, on their recommendation, and found him to be stable and not a danger to himself or others. Lynda Cruz told DCF that her son was autistic, according to the DCF report. She also told officials that her son did not own a gun beyond an airsoft gun. She also said that there “has never been any issues with other races or issues with racism in her family. That is included in the DCF report. The school counselor expressed CONCERN with the report and said she and her staff wanted to "ensure that the assessment of Henderson was not premature."

Nonetheless, the Florida Department of Children and Families investigation was "closed with no indicators to support the allegations of inadequate supervision or medical neglect."

Henderson Behavioral Health did not respond to a request for comment.

The day of the shooting, James Snead received a frightened call from Nikolas at work, about a shooting at school. James Snead told a scared Nikolas to walk to Wal-Mart and he would pick him up. James then received a call from a SWAT captain asking about the whereabouts of his son "Nikolas Cruz." The SWAT captain told James that Nikolas was the shooter. James told the SWAT team that Nikolas was going to Wal-Mart and he was supposed to pick him up. SWAT told him to stay put. He then told SWAT to check on his wife at home.

"I went to the door and [police] had guns on me, tell me put my hands in the air, 'Are you alone in the house?'" Kimberly Snead said. Police broke the news of the shooting to her as they searched the home. Nikolas walked to Wal-Mart and his father never came. He stopped at McDonalds for a few minutes, confused. Then he started walking home.

51. Now the Broward County Sheriff's Office has arrested Nikolas Cruz's younger brother Zachary for daring to "trespass" at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. WTH.
Zachary Cruz, 18, told deputies he went to the campus to “reflect on the school shooting and soak it in,” according to the arrest report.
The Sheriff’s office said Zachary Cruz was previously warned by school officials to stay away from the campus. But at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, he rode his skateboard through the campus and “surpassed all locked doors and gates.”
The day after the shooting, Zachary Cruz was committed to a mental institution by the Deschamps family under the state's Baker Act while they filed for control of the family's $800,000 inheritance. The Baker act allows the state to have someone in custody for up to three days. Zachary was missing for 10 days.
Zachary told deputies he "doesn't understand why his brother would have done this." Last week Zachary posted two childhood pictures of he and his brother with the statement: "Don't believe everything you read or hear about me and my brother."
Honestly, folks. This entire shooting couldn't be more obviously a false flag perpetrated, and covered up, by Broward County. Those poor boys. Breaks my heart.

52. OMG. Now they arrested Zachary Cruz for "trespassing" at the school on his skateboard, set bond at $500,000, put an ankle bracelet on him to track his movements, denied him any access to his brother, prohibited him from speaking with any students or staff, forced him to undergo another psych evaluation and Deputies will be allowed to search his home.
Why? Because they know he will defend his brother from this false charge. And get this. The Broward County School Superintendent says Zachary NEVER EVEN TRESPASSED. The Sheriff's Office MADE IT UP.
A Florida judge set bond at $500,000 for Zachary Cruz for a misdemeanor trespassing charge, despite protestations from his defense attorney, who said his client was being punished for his brother's crime.
Zachary Cruz stood shackled in a brown jumpsuit and sandals. He was surrounded by three deputies. Broward County prosecutors wanted a $750,000 bond and stiff restrictions on the younger Cruz's release. Broward County prosecutors released new information from his juvenile record to justify the bond.
Ultimately, the judge went with a $500,000 bond and ordered Cruz to wear an ankle monitor. He was also instructed to have no contact with Marjory Stoneman Douglas students or staff, and to stay at least a mile away from the school and to have no contact with his brother. Deputies will be allowed to search Cruz's home in Lantana for guns, the judge ruled, adding that the teen must submit to a psychological evaluation.
The Broward County Sheriff's Office said it was seeking a "red flag" risk protection order that, if granted by a court, would let law enforcement temporarily seize firearms from Zachary Cruz and prevent him from acquiring new ones.
Broward Schools Superintendent Robert Runcie, however, told a local newspaper there was no security breach. Runcie did not return CNN calls seeking comment. A Broward County Public Schools spokeswoman directed questions to the sheriff's office, whose spokeswoman told CNN in an email she'd "look into that and get back to you."

53. Broward County has released body cam footage of the arrest of Zachary Cruz, Nikolas Cruz's younger brother, for "trespassing" on his skateboard at the school. He was later held for $500,000 bond. Broward County has not released any footage from the school during the shooting but is able to release this? He was ordered to NOT SPEAK with his brother or any other Parkland students, to stay away from the school, wear an ankle bracelet and to submit to a psychiatric examination.
The lawyer for Zachary Cruz asked Friday that his client be assigned to another judge after the initial judge set bond for the teen at $500,000. Cruz’ lawyer, public defender Joseph Kimok, argued that the half-a-million-dollar bond for a second-degree misdemeanor is “outrageous” and “20,000 times above the standard amount.” The court hearing came on the day that the Broward Sheriff’s Office released video taken by officers’ body cameras.
54. Now Rocxanne Deschamps, a mess, hold a press conference with Gloria Allred, Democrat celebrity attorney: "I did everything I could to warn law enforcement about [what] could happen," she told reporters in a news conference with celebrity attorney Gloria Allred. "I wanted to protect not only my children but also everyone else who might be at risk of being ... harmed. I also wanted to protect Nikolas from himself. Unfortunately, although I did everything I could, I was not able to stop this tragedy taking place."

55. Ben Bennight, A YouTube vlogger and a bail bondsman in Mississippi, who goes by the name Ben the Bondsman, said that he saw a comment from a user named Nikolas Cruz under a video last September. "The comment said ‘I’m going to be a professional school shooter” and I knew that I couldn’t just ignore that,” he said. Bennight said that he flagged the comment to YouTube and also sent a screenshot to the FBI, who visited him briefly in September and asked him whether he knew the poster. But after a probe into the post and online databases, investigators were “unable to further identify the person who actually made the comment." The vlogger said that he was contacted again by agents from both the Missisippi and Miami field FBI offices, after the shooting, who told him that Nikolas Cruz, the school shooter, was the boy who posted that comment. Really? How do they know? They couldn't trace it back then. How did they trace it now?

CNN reports that Broward County School records show that a STONEMAN DOUGLAS SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR called Henderson Behavioral Health two days in a row -- on September 28 and 29, 2016 -- claiming that Cruz drank gasoline, had suicidal thoughts and said he had a gun and was thinking about using it.  The BROWARD SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR also expressed concern about Cruz buying a weapon. A clinician from Henderson Behavior Health who went to the school on September 28 to assess Cruz noted that he was not thinking about killing himself and did not own a gun except for a pellet gun. Cruz also said he didn't have an ID.
The clinician from Henderson determined that Cruz DID NOT meet criteria for further mental health assessment. A different Henderson clinician visited Cruz and his adoptive mother, Lynda Cruz, at their home later on that same day at the request of THE SCHOOL. An investigator for the Florida Department of Children and Families was also at the Cruz's Parkland home on September 28, 2016 to check Cruz's health and well-being, as well as two Broward County Sheriff's deputies. ALL FIVE PARTIES LEFT THE CRUZ HOME AND reported that there were NO SIGNS of mental illness, no weapons or criminal activity so they left. Cruz's mother later told the Henderson clinician that Cruz owned a pellet gun. Cruz's mother stated Cruz had developmental disorder autism, diagnosed at age 3.
The Henderson clinician's report also said that the SCHOOL guidance counselor reported that Scott Peterson, the school resource officer, now said Cruz DID NOT meet the criteria for initiating a Baker Act commitment. There was no explanation for Peterson's new decision. So, the word of the SCHOOL GUIDANCE counselor is disproved by two professional therapists, DCF and two Broward County officers who say the boy was fine, there were no weapons and his mother said he has autism. The school resource officer, Scott Peterson, also was forced to declare him fine. YET THE NEWS IS REPORTING HE IS A GUN TOTING HOMICIDAL MANIAC? WHAT A JOKE.

Also, the SCHOOL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR tried to have Nikolas Cruz committed a month before the election for being a potential shooter. The comment on the blog was posted two months before the election. Did Broward County plan to shoot up the school in October 2016 and they failed because they couldn't get someone to sign off on Nikolas Cruz being a nut case with a gun? Is that what really happened? So they pushed it back to 2018 after they built a better case and mom was out of the way?

56. How about the weird video of Hogg recording. A friend transcribed it for me last night. Here's what Hogg was saying on camera DURING THE SHOOTING.

While in the closet, during the shooting, he was coaching other students. He said a person had been "neutralized" and they were a "soft target." He asks students the question: What is your message? He says they need more diversity on camera. He preaches the need to change the gun laws. It says it's unacceptable to have drills. Forget the NRA. Take a stance for human lives. For children's lives. He mentions Cruz's name. IN THE VIDEO WHILE THE SHOOTING IS GOING ON. How could he know it was Cruz? He was in the closet!! He was calm and focused. He heard one shot. What kind of kid in the middle of a school shooting ACTS THAT WAY unless he has prepared? He had two timestamps on the video. 9:32 and 3.
57. There is a video clip supposedly of Broward Police removing gear after the shooting. So, it takes 3 men to remove the gear that one 120 pound boy brought in? What is in the bag?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nxla2Sm0yG4

58. A student, Antony Borges, who was shot 5 times through a classroom door during the Florida school massacre, said, through his attorney, that Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel and Superintendent Robert Runcie failed him. By law, his family is unable to sue the Broward County School District or Sheriff's office for six months, so they are suing the Cruz and Snead families for now.
More than $830,000 has been raised for him in online donations, but his attorney said his medical bills will likely exceed $1.5 million. The family plans to immediately file a lawsuit against Nikolas Cruz, the estate of his late mother (estimated at $800,000) and the Sneads, the family that cared for Nikolas before the shooting. Under state law, the family can't sue the Broward County school district and Broward County sheriff's office until a six-month waiting period expires in August 2018.
Borges was shot five times through a classroom door, suffering wounds to the lungs, abdomen and legs. The teen is credited with saving the lives of 20 classmates by CLOSING AND LOCKING a classroom door during the shooting. He then hid behind the door. He has never mentioned seeing the actual shooter. No one actually saw Nikolas Cruz with a gun. Borges, too weak to talk, sat silently in a wheelchair with his right leg propped up.
His statement thanked Sheriff Israel and Superintendent Runcie for visiting him in the hospital and specifically attacked the Promise program, a Broward School district and Broward County sheriff office initiative that allows students who commit minor crimes on campus to avoid arrest if they complete rehabilitation. "I want to say that both of you failed us, students, teachers and parents alike, on so many levels," his attorney said while reading the statement. "I am a 15-year-old that was shot five times while Broward Sheriff's deputies waited outside and decided that they weren't going to come in the building." His attorney read the statement for Borges, who sat next to his father, Roger. Borges is a U.S. citizen born to Venezuelans.

59. This eye witness video account from a teacher is the most important piece of evidence from the Parkland shooting. It was one week after the shooting and has been ignored and buried by every single media outlet. Please watch. She describes the shooter in full tactical gear, face mask, assault rifle, bullet proof vest. Not Nikolas Cruz. This is what a honest person sounds like.

60. CNN is now reporting that Cruz posted on Instagram that he hated Jews, blacks, Hispanics, women and animals. Where is the Instagram account? There is no record of it. It's hearsay from a group of 6 teens, who will not be named because they are minors, that said the group said a "Nik Cruz" posted all those hateful things last September. But nobody ever mentioned it until now. When I asked CNN for proof of this account, they referred me to the Broward County Sheriff's office. Who has not released the account or the member's names. Bullshit.

61. A Parkland teacher now admits that teachers were told they had to have their own security plan. Broward County Schools ignored a security risk assessment performed by a former Secret Service agent two months before the shooting. The risk assessment proved how easy it was to enter the school and place Post-It notes on students to represent loss of life two months before the massacre. Also, one of the risk assessment’s conclusions was for students to not spill into the hall during a fire alarm, instead wait until threat is confirmed and then have a plan to exit into a known situation.

Instead, a teacher at the school, Rachel Falkowski, told MSNBC’s Rachal Maddow that her and other staff were told at the beginning of the semester that an active shooting drill would be taking place sometime during the semester and that the drill would be unannounced.

She confirmed that the fire alarm went off for a second time on Valentine's Day which prompted the principal to announce over the loudspeaker for all students to evacuate. As the students evacuated, security told them to return to their classrooms. If the students had followed the protocol as outlined in the risk assessment, THEY WOULD BE ALIVE. Why did Broward schools ignore that assessment? Why did Superintendent Runcie attack the credibility of the MSD teacher who blew the whistle on his lack of follow-through? https://twitter.com/dloesch/status/982260576066748416?s=21

62.
Lisa Olsen, mother of Stoneman Douglas survivor William Douglas who was shot, slammed the Broward County School Board for not reaching out to all the students who were injured. Apparently the School Board was more interested in photo ops and gun control interviews than the actual status of their students.
“Even the President of the United States, the first lady, the Governor, the Attorney General, the chief of staff, and the Senator had time to hug my son, but not my school district and not my son’s principal. We can all agree that district communication with the victims’ families said MSD was a complete management breakdown, but I didn’t come here with only complaints. I have a suggestion for a critical incident referred to a communication matrix sometimes called a phone tree.”
“He is one of the true survivors. It wasn’t until the soft opening on that Sunday afternoon at MSD that anyone even was aware that William had these bullet injuries. I actually had to show a district staff member Williams X-rays to verify them. How could the district fail to contact each of the students in the classrooms where murders and injuries occurred. This borders on negligence."
"The silence coming from the Broward School District speaks volumes. It seems to me and to my son that high-speed media events and politics have gotten in the way of helping those who have been hurt. The district’s first concern should be MSD’s students and families that have been most affected and injured. Photo ops and press conferences seem to be the districts focus rather than focusing on those who are suffering and trying to come to terms with what had happened.”
"If anyone had the wherewithal to give the most affected some guidance or some reassurance on navigating that transition back to school I would be here supporting you and not criticizing the school board in the district focused on actually governing rather than politicking after this tragedy.”
Her son was hiding in room 1216 with others when the gun man shot through the door and through the glass. The students didn't see the shooter. Another survivor in the room reports: "More gunshots, far away, I hear. And they get closer, and closer. Until that loud sound I heard was coming from the door of my classroom. The glass of our door breaks. It shatters. My body was there, under a table, fearing for my life. I look at my friend. And within seconds, Alyssa is struck with bullets. She is dying. My friend, who I was talking with two minutes before, is dying."
Stacy Lippel, a teacher at MSD testifed before Capitol Hill on March 20th. She ACTUALLY saw the shooter: On Feb. 14, I spent the day at school like any other day in room 1255 on the third floor of the 1200 building, also known as the Freshman Building, at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
At about 2:20, we heard a popping sound that sounded like a computer cart fell over. The class was loud, so the sound was muted. Approximately two minutes later, the fire alarm sounded signaling that we should all evacuate the building. It was unusual because we had already had a drill that morning, but I knew that the culinary classes were cooking with oil, so evacuating was nothing I would have even hesitated doing.
I shouted above the alarm to my students that I would be taking attendance at our usual spot outside, grabbed my emergency folder and phone, then waited for the last student to exit before I closed and locked my door behind me. I walked about 2 feet from my door when I heard the gunshots down in the stairwell. The stairwell is about 20 feet away from my classroom. All of the students who were in the stairwell started screaming and running back toward me and the other classrooms. I quickly turned around, unlocked my door and then very quickly ensured that the lock was back in a locked position so that when I shut the door, it would already be locked from the outside. (I don’t know how else to describe this action, but it’s very important because it truly saved my life and my students’ lives.)
Shots were firing and students were pouring into my class: kids who were mine, kids who I had never seen before. I held my door open and pulled kids in as I watched the scene unfold before my eyes. I saw the shooter emerge from the stairwell and stand very firmly at the front of the hall, about 20 feet from me. He was constantly shooting as he sprayed his rifle back and forth. I don’t know how he didn’t hit more kids with all of the bullets flying in the hallway. It was foggy with smoke, but I kept my eye on the shooter.
He had on a helmet, gas mask and what I thought was a bulletproof vest that held ammunition. All I know is that he looked like a MAN with a very menacing weapon in his hand. I remember thinking, “Is this real? What is going on here? Why is this man shooting at us?”
I don’t know when I decided that now was the time to close my door, but I did. I shouted at Mr. Scott Beigel to close his door because his classroom was right next to mine and he was ushering students into his room just as I was. I grabbed the door handle with both hands because I wanted to make sure I pulled it tight. It was then that I was grazed by a bullet. I remember feeling a little sting, but soon forgot it.
I jumped over to the blind spot in my room where I trained my students to go when we had a code red. I threw myself on top of my students and held on to as many as I could sink my nails into. Seconds later, I heard a barrage of shots in Mr. Beigel’s room, then immediately after that, the shooter fired about four or five times right into my classroom through the glass panel in the door, through the broken glass. I remember stretching my neck to see if he was going to reach in and grab the door handle. I don’t know why he didn’t. He could have easily entered the classroom and shot us all but he didn’t.
I saw the shooter and what he was capable of doing. I don’t know how he got on campus, and why he chose the 1200 building."

63. Here's another video from a teacher I just found. He saw the shooter. What you don't hear until the end is that he admits the shooter HAD A MASK ON AND HE DIDN'T KNOW WHO HE WAS until the police told him later it was Nikolas Cruz. So, he confirms Stacy Lippel's statement that the shooter had a face mask on and full tactical gear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAN4g66RFug

64. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it does. A new report from Coral Springs deputies who were among the first to arrive to the scene of the Florida school massacre found Broward County Sheriff's officers hiding behind trees and cars while authorities were WATCHING THE GUNMAN ON SURVEILLANCE VIDEO.
"I saw approximately four Broward County Sheriff's Office vehicles parked in the west bound lane with their personnel taking up exterior positions behind their vehicles. I drove up just west of the campus building 1200, exited my vehicle, grabbed my AR-15 rifle and donned on my tactical/medical gear. As I was advancing on foot through the chain-link fence, I was advised by an unknown BSO Deputy taking cover behind a tree, "he is on the third floor.'"
Coral Springs Officer Scott Myers wrote that police were originally told by dispatch that authorities were watching the gunman on surveillance video, who was "preparing to exit the East stairwell on the second floor."
"We were prepared to engage the shooter on the second floor. After several moments we were advised the CCTV was not live and that an unknown delay existed. We were later informed that the suspect was seen exiting the building via CCTV. Our team transitioned to a rescue team and we evacuated every classroom on the second floor."

65. The Broward Sheriff's Office Deputies Association says they are going to Governor Rick Scott to remove Sheriff Scott Israel from office over his handling of the Parkland shooting.

66. Back in March 2018, I told you there were rumors that Hillary Clinton and Broward County's Debby Wasserman Schultz covered up the fact that Sheriff Scott Israel got a 17 year old girl pregnant at Parkland in 2012 and helped her get an abortion. It gets worse. Turns out Sheriff Israel's own son also perpetrated a SEXUAL assault on another MALE Parkland student in 2014 and School Resource Officer Peterson covered it up.
A local Miami news station released an explosive report about a "disturbing assault" that happened at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School four years ago, in 2014, to the day before the tragic shooting in February. The incident involved one of the sons of Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel and was allegedly "covered up" by Officer Scot Peterson, the resource officer who infamously failed to confront the Parkland shooter.
WPLG Local 10 investigative reporter Bob Norman reported Thursday that two 17-year-old students at the school bullied a 14-year-old freshman boy, with one of the 17-year-olds holding down the student while the other 17-year-old kicked the victim, grabbed his genitals, and then grabbed the victim's own baseball bat and began shoving it against his buttocks "simulating rape" through the boy's clothes.
The father of a survivor of the Parkland school shooting, Royer Borges, called for an investigation into the alleged incident last week.
In a statement issued through his Fort Lauderdale attorney's office, Royer Borges said that a then 17-year-old son of the sheriff was involved in an incident with former Deputy Scot Peterson, the former Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School resource officer. Peterson was the resource officer who failed to enter the high school as a gunman gunned down students and staff inside, leaving 17 dead and others injured.
The sheriff's son and another boy received a three-day suspension as a result of the 2014 incident in what the police report described as a simple battery. Borges said that the prior case involved a "young man who was sexually assaulted."
"Now I ask you: If this wouldn't have been the sheriff's son, would a sexual assault have been reduced to a simple battery?" Borges asked in his statement. "Was deputy Peterson allowed to retire with his pension because he protected Sheriff Israel's son from having a felony arrest? These are the questions that I and I'm sure many people from this county want answered."

67. The media just admitted that Broward County Sheriff Israel told the paramedics to stand down and let those kids die. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/local/broward/parkland/florida-school-shooting/fl-school-shooting-paramedics-entry-20180531-story.html

The same day that news came out, prosecutors released a "cell phone video" supposedly found on Nikolas' phone showing that he was the killer. What BS. Four months after the shooting they suddenly release a fake video to prove Nikolas is the shooter because they have no other photographic or video evidence? The Sheriff''s office had his cell phone for 4 months. If this video were real they would have released it on February 16. Not June 1. Video engineers can MAKE ANYTHING THESE DAYS with only a photograph and a few spoken words. Look at this video. You can tell it was engineered. You can also tell that Nikolas is autistic by his tell-take eye movements. Fake news. They scripted and produced this video to deflect from their own involvement. https://www.local10.com/news/parkland-school-shooting/cell-phone-videos-show-nikolas-cruz-planning-parkland-school-shooting

68. Just when you think the Parkland shooting couldn't get more convoluted and bizarre, it gets worse. Now, it's been revealed that one of the Broward School District "security monitors" on duty that day at Parkland had SEXUALLY HARASSED one of the girls WHO DIED and did nothing to stop the shooter.

That monitor, Andrew Medina, worked as Stoneman Douglas’ junior varsity baseball coach since 2011; he then became a security monitor in 2014. After the massacre, Medina didn’t confront the shooter or lock down the school. He and his fellow security monitor, David Taylor, hid in a closet.

According to Andrew Pollack, the father of one of the murdered girls, Meadow Pollack, Meadow had been sexually harassed by Medina. Meadow's brother Hunter said that Meadow’s mother had complained to the school about Medina’s harassment and the Broward School District DID NOTHING.

When a discipline committee wanted to fire Medina, he was only suspended. The sexual harassment allegations against Medina were reviewed by the district’s Professional Standards Committee, made up of district employees, which found probable cause to charge Medina with inappropriate conduct. A report Oct. 4 recommended terminating him. But a handwritten note at the bottom says, “Discipline should not be termination but instead a three-day suspension.” Craig Nichols, chief of human resources for the district, signed off on the decision. He is listed as the designee for Broward County Superintendent Robert Runcie.

Andrew Pollack, noting that Median and Taylor have simply been reassigned, said, “The School Board still elects to reassign them. It’s mind-boggling and upsetting that no one in the county has been held accountable for what happened. Not one person has lost their job.”
What else don't we know??

69. Here's Nicholas Cruz in court. Watch him live at the 38 second mark. Look at his eye movements. This boy is autistic, drugged and oblivious. Also, the Judge is condemning the local newspaper, the Sun Sentinel, for purposely misleading the public on what happened at Parkland and wrongly maligning Nikolas Cruz. Watch at the 17:25 minute mark. She called the local media SHAMEFUL. https://breaking911.com/watch-live-florida-school-shooter-nikolas-cruz-in-court/

70. Sheriff Israel, the Broward Coward, is now fund-raising for Andrew Gillum, the Democrat running for Florida Governor!!

Like Vegas, Pulse, and Sandy Hook this case has more questions than answers. I believed on 2/16 that Cruz was framed. I am 99% certain now. Who really did kill those kids for the gun grabbers?
