Judge Wood to Avenatti: Get Off The TV.

Stormy Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, who has appeared over 70 times on CNN in the last two months, was instructed by Judge Kimba Wood, who is reviewing the files seized from Michael Cohen's office, to end his “publicity tour” should he be allowed to participate in the federal case Cohen is currently facing. Avenatti, who the lamestream media has afforded a massive media blitz since Stormy's case, has been often accused of appearing too often in the media and leveling attacks against Trump and Cohen.
Avenatti would have to stop claiming Cohen is guilty publicly so as not to taint a potential jury, Wood said. "I say publicity tour not in a derogatory sense. You’re entitled to publicity, I can’t stop you. Unless you’re participating in a matter before me. I want you to participate, or not be in the matter at all. I don’t want you to be in some sort of limbo where you’re able to denigrate Mr. Cohen."
The hearing ended without Wood making a final decision over whether or not Avenatti was allowed to appear. It appears the judge told Michael Avenatti he could represent his client in court or he could continue his daily appearances on CNN and MSNBC, but he could not do both. Guess which one he chose?
